Fit Friday 8/16

Just a reminder, this thread is for everyone, not just those who work out regularly. This is a place to get ideas how to keep active, get help with nutrition, or just venting about how you couldn’t get off the couch this week.

How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share?

    I'm feeling really good this week. The best I have all pregnancy. Exhaustion is a LOT better.

    Nutrition hasn't been great this week. We're going away next week so not keeping the house well stocked. Activity has remained good though, something active every day whether a run (I use that term VERY loosely at this point), dog walk, or strength circuit.

    I will be on vacation next week and am not going to worry about nutrition, besides keeping an eye on my glycemic index stuff to keep my energy up (not diabetic or anything, just noticed watching this stuff makes me feel better). Exercise will happen naturally since it's Disney.

    I've been on vacation this week. Enough saod.! 😉 Actually I tried to eat pretty well and was pleasantly surprised to find I didn't gain too much weight when I got back and we were fairly active doing things so probably not my worst week!
