Just a reminder, this thread is for everyone, not just those who work out regularly. This is a place to get ideas how to keep active, get help with nutrition, or just venting about how you couldn’t get off the couch this week.

How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share?

  • How are you feeling this week? Slight nausea in the evenings, but I was able to do a workout Monday and then a nice long walk Tuesday. Monday I did a 2nd trimester workout that was only 20 minutes and I thought was going to be a breeze. They had me doing squats and lunges with weights! And my legs have never been so sore. I'm wondering if I'm deficient in something like potassium because they are still sore today from that crazy workout. 

    How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? My nutrition has been better, but still not where I want it to be. I started back on my 21 day fix meal portion control but I got to move up a plan that has one more serving of fruit and carbs, yum! I still ate a sweet a day, or an extra carb, so I need to work on cutting those out.

    Any goals for next week? Do at least 3 workouts, and no sweets or extra carbs.

  • I got a hike in, a walk in and some yoga in this week. It felt good but I can definitely feel where taking 3 months off has slowed me way down. 

    This is week I wanna get back into going to the gym at work 3 times. Either just to do yoga or maybe some treadmill or elliptical walks.

  • How are you feeling this week? Good, my hunger has increased significantly. I've gone on 3 long walks this week so it's been good after dealing with a sick toddler over the previous weekend

    How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? I have started to take more fruit and nuts to work to snack on so I don't get hangry. I make sure I eat a solid breakfast before I leave like eggs on toast etc. I also started the meal plan delivery service and get 2 meals now a week which is working out really well, it get's me excited to cook dinner that gives me leftovers the next day. Takes away from having to think about it etc.

    Any goals for next week? I need to get to my yoga class on tuesday, that is the goal :)
