Hello,
I have been stalking the boards off and on for over a year. I am 33 and my DH is 37, we've been TTC since January 2018. We had a chemical pregnancy March 2018 and no luck since. We started fertility testing January 2019 with all my numbers coming back normal. DH had slightly low motility which improved 6 weeks later with Vit C and ditching basketball shorts under all other pants. After my testing, I had 2 cycles with spotting starting at ovulation and lasting all the way to my period leading my doctor to put me on Clomid 50mg for Luteal Phase Deficiency. This month is my first cycle on Clomid which has been and learning curve. I ovulated 2 days later than my typical and my CM was way different. I have never had ovulation cramps, but did yesterday for the first time. We have both been taking Mucinex and this month added pre-seed to counter the Clomid side effect. I am 1 DPO and have a progesterone test scheduled next Thursday. Each month TWW is a killer! We are really hoping the Clomid works before we move on to IUI. Most of my friends are single, a few have had no problems, and a couple have struggled like me, overall this journey has felt lonely. I look forward to getting to know others who are in the same boat I am.
Re: Introducing myself (loss mentioned-brief)
I hope this TWW goes quickly for you. I remember my first TWW when getting assistance was full of anxiety and symptom spotting. If I can offer any advise in hindsight, try to plan some fun/relaxing things to look forward to to keep your mind off it all and as much as possible ignore all those symptoms.
