WAYDTGKU:
-A more laid-back (low-pressure) approach, so no charting or temping.
-No contraception, sperm-friendly lubricant, staying healthy in general (working out, hiking, eating healthier), pre-natal vitamins, avoiding unnecessary chemicals/nasties in environment/food/pharms.
-Eating healthier. I've been adding in lots of extra fruits, vegetables (particularly greens and cruciferous ones), hemp hearts, sesame seeds, cacao powder, and olive/avocado oils. Trying to stop boredom snacking!
-Maintaining a low caffeine intake. No alcohol (no biggie because I'm not a coffee or alcohol drinker).
-Keeping a TTC journal. I slacked my last cycle, but I may pick this one back up.

R/R:
Rant: AF arrived yesterday afternoon (as expected), and I'm feeling pretty cruddy. I wish I could say I am excited to start a new cycle, but I'm feeling pretty down about the whole thing at the moment. Maybe once the hormones pass I can be a little bit more positive!

R/R: excited and nervous for the trigger shot! I felt some pain and pressure last night so I hope I didn’t O already. I convinced DH to HIO last night but now I’m stressed it was too late. Blah. In good news, only one more day at the office and then it’s my WFH day!

R/R:  I've been at work since 6:30 and I slept like crap again last night.  It's gotta be because of the humidity.  Tonight is supposed to finally cool off and I hope to sleep like the dead.  ALSO this morning I noticed my cleavage is starting to do that thing where I have slight wrinkle marks at the top like middle aged ladies tend to have and I'm pretty upset about that, haha.  My cleavage is one of my best physical features.  It's very very faint, and I'm sure I'm the only one who notices it, but still.  😭  Also, necklace pendant is still missing, so that sucks. And I remembered I had $40 in Kohl's cash that expired on Sunday.  On the bright side, my boss is on vaca, so it's been very quiet and non-irritating around here for me this week.

@flowntheloop Ugh, I am so sorry about AF.  I hope the more laid back approach does the trick.  Sometimes I wish I could just go back to when I was like that, but I feel like I'm in too deep now.  Big hugs!

@shamrocandroll do you have a physical store near you? around here kohl’s takes kohl’s cash after it expires. It’s like 1-2 weeks or something.

@bows22 I do, but they told me they stopped doing that semi-recently.  Maybe I'll try anyway.  I really need more plain t-shirts and tank tops for layering.

@shamrocandroll I was just thinking about your necklace, so sorry it's still missing. Have you checked the side pockets and seat sides of your car? I know it's random but stuff falls down those cracks all the time for me.

R/R: Still feeling positive vibes, but this morning was a challenge. The doggo woke me up at 4:45am to go pee, so that temp got blown out of the water. So far everything has gone according to SMEP plan though, so I do have that going for me

@shamrocandroll I know this might be overkill, but do you think a magnet might help you look? I just thought of it because I wear a magnetic clasp on my daily necklace and it gets attracted to everything.

@mvt2003 That's such a great idea, and I have a magnet for sewing pins that would work for something like that, except that the pendant is sterling silver, so sadly wouldn't be attracted to a magnet.

WAYDTGKU: Taking a very laid back approach this month. I haven't been temping or opking or cm, and havent been checking in here. Trying to keep TTC stress to a minimum.

R/R: I paid an internet fertility psychic to tell me when I would get KU. She told me December and i would have a girl. I should a) just be happy she said i will get pregnant eventually, and or b) not take any of this psychic advice seriously. Instead I'm c) super dissapointed it's going to take so much longer and totally believing her. 

CS/Q: nah

@flowntheloop I'm so impressed with the lifestyle changes. I literally had pizza rolls for lunch today I wish I had the willpower.

@shamrocandroll Ugh, messy sleep sucks. I hope you get some rest tonight! Oh and I feel ya on the cleavage. I've noticed a wrinkle that started this year, and it makes me so sad!

@mvt2003 I had a tubal ligation reversal, done by a specialist is NC in May. When you have your reversal they add you to a secret FB group of other ladies who have had a reversal with them. These girls are pretty intense about the fertility psychics, lol. There are a few that people swear by, so I started following one on FB. She does like $35 reads that say the date you'll get your BFP, gender, pregnancy or birth complications, anything she feels might be blocking you from conceiving. She had a special that was only $10 and just told gender and month of conception. I jumped on it and was thinking 'it's fine, just like getting your palm read at the carnival', but now for some reason I'm taking her word for gospel, haha. @SimpleJane Fascinating.  How does she connect to you psychically via the internet?  Do the others swear by her because of her success rate?  Does she publish her success rate?  I'm such a cynic with this stuff, but my mom has a medium she sees regularly, and last time she said something that was supposedly from my aunt that definitely made me stop and think because it was such a random thing that not many people would have just guessed.

@shamrocandroll you send her a picture of yourself (non-filtered) and she connects to you that way. I'm definitely a believer in mediums and advanced intuition. I've seen some pretty convincing mediums. This woman is so cheap I'm not so sure it's for real. Idk. People in my group swear shes been right over and over again. She has reviews and stuff on her page from people who say shes spot on.

@SimpleJane that’s cool you did that and I know this is the dailies and not the IF thread, but it can be kind of hurtful to say you hope it won’t take “that long”... there are a lot of us on here who wish it would’ve happened within 8 months and instead it has taken far into double digits. Again I’m not trying to call you out, just letting you know I sincerely hope there’s good news for everyone on here sooner than December!!

@b_1029 I'm sorry! I definitely didnt mean it that way, and I know in the grand scheme of things that ttc for 8 months is not long at all. I will be extremely grateful to just get KU at all considering my tubes have been damaged. It's just weird processing that kind of information I guess, and my first feelings were dissapointment instead of relief/excitement which surprised me and that's why I mentioned it. 

Eta: i obviously should have thought before i shared those feelings and I'm sorry if it hurt anyone.

@tyrion_ I agree! It was too freaking early! I went back to sleep but I ended up oversleeping so my entire morning was blown to hell. 😂
