Mock transfer completed ๐ although my bladder was actually a little too full!
During the consent signing I asked the RE about the embyro grading since I was never told and she went through each of them for me!
From best to worst the sexes go: FFMFM
F1 is graded 5(B+)(B+)...apparently +'s are a thing with this grading???
I think F2 is 5(B+)(B) and F3 is 5(B)(B+)ย [or it's flipped, not sure which is considered the better grade]
M1 is either 5(B+)(B) or 5(B)(B+), I don't remember which she said, again, got confused hearing so many B's and B+'s
M2 is 5BB, the only grade that sounded normal ๐
I feel good knowing all our embryos are of very similar quality. I know many others can end up with quality all over the place, like 1 good embryo and the rest graded as not very likely to be successful. My RE all of my embryos have the ability to be successful babies โค๏ธ๐ญ I got teary eyed on the drive back to work from the news.
Later I kicked myself for not asking what the gender and grading was of the 1 abnormal embryo we had! Might ask on Tuesday before my procedure - which I can confidently say is a hysteroscopy and polypectomy!

@inthewoods23 congrats on the good embryo results! The first letter is the cells that turn into the baby while the second letter is for the cells that turn into the placenta. My RE said they prioritize the fetus over the placenta when grading.ย
I need to stop consulting Dr Google about implantation chances with a 5BB embryo now or I'm going to drive myself crazy into the belief that BB is not a favorable grading. Somebody tell me to quit worrying!! ๐ฌ

Hey, everyone! I was on vacation, so Iโd been trying to stick to lurking in order to focus on vacay, but we just got back last night, so Iโll be posting my massive post addressing all yโalls soon. Iโm in a bit of a whirlwind, and I could definitely use some good vibes if anyone can put โem out there! Iโm currently on cd2 (maybe cd3) after a nearly 80 day cycle. I called the dr in the car ride (edited spellings) ย back from vacation yesterday to find out if I needed to finish the 3 month prescription for orilissa since I only have 1 week left, and I was told that I am done with those meds now. (!!!!) Iโm going in this morning to make sure my ute looks good to start trying again (!!!) and to discuss (and probably get prescribed) clomid. Iโm TERRIFIED of another blindside where thereโs a problem on the us and Iโll be delayed again or told itโs not in the cards. Ahh!!
also, @jennifer_louise Iโm so glad your appointment finally happened! What is this debris business? The medical world really needs to shape up its diction. Iโm glad youโre all clear!ย
@inthewoods23 Iโd love to tell you to stop worrying, but it would clearly be hypocritical. BUT From what youโve said, youโre a-ok! Iโm so excited for you that youโre almost there!!
@ruby696 Iโm so excited that things are moving along. I imagine your refrigerator looks the same as that fridge with a yearโs worth of meats.๐
@bobbyflies2020 cute dress!! Is the wedding this weekend? Have fun! Also, Iโm in the philly area, so I hope that helps extra that I feel like itโs appropriate, especially with an updo if youโve got the time...plus in the heat, hair off your neck is always a plus! Rock it!
@mokay19 Iโm glad to hear the results from the biopsy were normal and that youโve had a good chat with your dr. Iโm pushing so hard with any good karma that you wonโt need to go to ivf so that you donโt have to worry about holding back from your fam, but youโre totally right that you donโt need to hold back from this one!! โค๏ธ
Ok, I NEED a shower, but Iโll be back post-appointment to get all caught up!
@inthewoods23 Iโm sitting in the airport crying with happiness and excitement for you after reading your update!! Tuesday will be here so so soon!!!!! โฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธ
@begging4abump sending you positive vibes for a good appointment this morning! Let us know how it goes! Also, so glad your 80 day cycle is over... holy moly!!!
AFM - we got our genetic testing results back yesterday and out of the 284 things we are each scanned for we each were only a carrier for 1 genetic disease and thankfully they were not the same one!! What a relief!!
So now.... I really hope/need AF to arrive tomorrow (5 days late now) so that I can do my CD3 testing on Monday. Monday is the only day next week I can get into the office because Iโll be in New Orleans for a work conference from Tuesday-Friday. If I canโt get in Monday morning (because AF still hasnโt arrived) then I think Iโll be out this month for starting our first medicated and IUI cycle. Iโm just so ready to start that I donโt want to have to wait another month.

@inthewoods23 at my appointment, my doctor said that they like Bโs and Aโs and that she doesnโt think there is a huge difference between them. I think itโs good that you have good blastocyst numbers since the range is 1-6 and you have all 5โs! ย Also, FWIW, my friend has a healthy IVF baby from a 4BB embryo!
@begging4abump yay on being done with your medication and onto the next cycle! I hope you have no more road blocks!
@kpearse99 what a relief about the genetic testing! FX for AF soon so you can get that Monday appointment! Youโre not on progesterone right now, are you?
@mokay19 nope, no progesterone... just my ute being stupid (again) I figured if AF arrives Sunday that would be okay too because I can get my testing done on CD2 (Monday) as well and still be good. Iโm giving AF all these options, she needs to pick one!

Omg yay on having a cycle again @begging4abump! What a great update. I'm hoping all looks well in the ute. I think my "debris" is just leftover tissue, they would see it moving around in the saline solution which is how they knew it wasn't anything else like a fibroid or polyp. **TMI**I did have some kind of weird discharge the two days after (gray/brown & a bit chunky?) **end TMI**
@begging4abump sending you positive vibes that you can start trying!!!
@kpearse99 glad you got good news from your genetic screening!! Hurry up AF!
@mokay19 my RE mentioned that a AA grade is, I guess to her, unnatural or even not possible. Like no embyro is ever perfect in shape and form.ย Kinda leads me to believe they're pretty harsh with their grading so a B+B+ (and even BB) must be a really good grade for them. So Leeloo from The Fifth Element must be what they consider an AA embyro ๐ you know, the perfect being.
Thanks for all your happy tears! I can't wait for September! DH was having a horrible day at work yesterday and the good grading was such a boost to his day, he was so happy to know they're all good.

Iโve been super slacking on catching up on this thread again ๐ฌ
@ruby696 thatโs so exciting that all your meds came, but I canโt imagine how overwhelming it is to see just how much goes into it all! I think Iโve seen IVF planners where you write all your meds + schedule? Not sure if that would be helpful or not. Your transfer is so soon and Iโm so excited for you!
@mokay19 sorry to hear your family isnโt fully supportive of IVF, but I understand why some people feel that way. Like you said, you always have us! Iโm glad your surgery and post op appointment went well!ย
@inthewoods23 ahhhh I am so happy for you! Iโm so glad everything went well and your embryos are good quality!ย
@begging4abump hope you had a great vacation! 80 day cycle, dang, Iโm sorry. How was your appointment this morning? I hope everything looked normal and youโre free to try again!
@b_1029 I have a meeting with my coordinator on the 9th and she basically fills the planner out with me. I don't know how you would keep track without some kind of planner.
Hi there, ladies!ย Add me to the list of folks who have been MIA due to work, vacation, etc.ย There are 96 comments posted, so I will do my best to be caught up and involved, as well as my long & maybe rant-y update.
@inthewoods23 Your update is so exciting!ย Glad that could cheer up YH too.
@NYTino24 Your RE appt is so soon!ย I hope you get some kind of direction/answers. And I can so relate to your feelings of anger & hurt.ย Also trying to work it out physically here, keep up the good work on your end.
@ruby696 How great that you get to move so quickly to the next step!ย You've had a whirlwind TTC life lately! As for your question about the IM injections: yes, I did them myself over the last few weeks--thanks to the advice & sheer encouragement I got from TB friends here.ย It was super terrifying at first but I got used to it after the first 1 or 2 times.ย I will say that the bruising and soreness was worse doing it myself, unfortunately.ย I actually went super slowly instead of rushing it (couldn't throw it in like a dart) and would say "This is for the baby, this is for the baby,"ย Helped me get through it. Good luck with it, you can do it! (Like inthewoods said, the subcutaneous ones are way easier than the intramuscular.)
@emeraldduchess That emotional up-and-down that comes with these cycles is so rough.ย Hang in there, my friend.ย Re: your progesterone question: when I started it I could not function.ย I was taking loooong naps during the day due to the fatigue and sweating like crazy in my sleep.ย But recently (month 3) I noticed that my body got used to it.ย The only remaining side effect was feeling warm in a room when others didn't.ย An early glimpse at how menopause will feel, I guess!
@misshelen86 So glad you are moving to an RE after all the waiting and disappointment.ย Hoping for you that you get answers and a plan sooner rather than later.
@kpearse99 I'm sorry you're also having a rough time with the emotions. Same here.ย And right now I'm just going with it since I rarely get this down.ย Usually exercise and meditation would help lift my spirits, not sure if you've tried either of those things?ย Right now I'm just wallowing though.ย I think it's OK to give yourself permission to do that sometimes.ย God knows it's warranted in this TTC battle...Just saw your update on your genetic testing--congrats!ย What a relief!
@mokay19 I have no advice with the meds or charges, but want to say Hang in there!ย Apparently there are a lot of us who have been really down lately about this whole process.ย At least we have each other to lean on.
@shoogapoof That book is so good, isn't it?ย Gives you things you can feel like you can get a handle on. Love that you ordered all the supplements hahaha. Good luck!
@jennifer_louise So good to hear that the US went well!ย That is a relief!
@b_1029 Praying that trigger shot was perfect timing and that your follie was happy and ready to go!ย How exciting!
@NYTino24 Iโm sorry for the crummy feelings. I know that youโve usually had such a positive attitude, so I imagine it must be really weighing on you. I hope your upcoming appointment brings you back your hope and gets everything rolling in the right direction. This is just a reminder that youโre not alone! โค๏ธ
@jennifer_louise Well, hopefully youโre all cleared out now then, but Iโm so glad that everything looked good! That shg had quite the anticipation buildup! Also, side note, these veggie tacos...do they have quinoa? Beans? Soy? Iโm intrigued. Iโve been trying to do one veggie dinner a week, and Iโve run my 5 or 6 recipes hard into the ground.
@b_1029 How did the trigger shot go? How have the letrozole side effects been? Also, did something recently happen with your neighbors? Are they upset about YH putting trash in their tree? Did I read something about that? Iโm just full of questions for you today. As a side note, I hope things are getting better between you and your cousin.ย
@ruby696 I think I had missed that your schedule has been finalized!! Thatโs so exciting!! August is shaping up to be quite exciting!!! Have you guys decided exactly how many embryos youโd transfer, or are you more sane than I am with taking everything one step at a time?
@inthewoods23 I hope the stressors have faded into the background with all the good news about those embryos! Whatโs the protocol for how many you transfer? Things are happening!! And thanks for the good vibes!!
@emeraldduchess Iโm so glad that your husband has been supportive. Throughout all this crap, I am SO thankful for mh. Itโs nice to at least be able to focus on that. I hope your fatigue dissipates soon. Orilissa kicked my butt with fatigue, but hopefully all these side effects are worth it!!
@misshelen86 sorry about the 12 month mark and all this waiting. Your re appointment is coming up soon now, right? Youโre not alone, lady, and Iโm definitely cheering you on over here hoping for some good news soon!
@kpearse99 hurray about those screening results!! I really hope af cooperates so that you can hit the ground running!!
@mokay19 that management fee is such bs. Ugh, that crap makes me so angry. Iโm so sorry you have to deal with that kind of crap on top of all the waiting. Iโm hoping so hard that things work out soon!! But, I just canโt understand how anyone could HATE ketchup. Please explain, lol.ย
@shoogapoff I like your therapistโs advice. I finally just started seeing one, and those new perspectives seem so foreign and soothing. Anyway, Iโm glad youโve got your re so soon and that youโre feeling like youโve grabbed the bull by the horns in taking care of what you can.ย
@bobbyflies2020 I just wanted to add that Iโm so glad your music camp was such a good experience! Thatโs such an awesome thing to do!
afm, The main blindside at my appointment was that I apparently ย also have andenomyosis along with endometriosis, but it seems that the orilissa did a lot to improve it. Apparently my body super responded to the medication, so I think that was good. The RE was planning on prescribing me clomid, and I asked why that over letrozole. He said that letrozole was more for pcos. Then he looked at my cd3 bloodwork (either amh or fsh) and changed his mind about the meds, so now weโre going with letrozole. ย ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ Iโm supposed to start on Sunday and take 2x for 5 days. Iโm mostly nervous that Iโll produce too many eggs and then this cycle will be a bust AND the extra estrogen will mess up my current condition thatโs more receptive to getting pregnant. Apparently I only have many 3-4 tries before my body reverts to having all the extra tissue again. This is crazily nerve wracking, but hopefully it all works out. Also, itโs a go if I have 4 or fewer eggs, so I guess multiples is a real possibility. So many different ways all this could end up!! Deep breath. Thanks for all your support!!!
@begging4abump oh wow, I am so sorry for the blindside at your RE appointment. That's exactly what you were hoping to avoid today. Did he explain why he changed his mind about the letrozole?ย
@begging4abump ketchup is literally the grossest food ever invented.ย The smell of it makes me want to barf (and sometimes I have barfed from the smell)! I'm glad the orilissa helped improve things and hopefully the letrozole gets a good, healthy follicle for you and you don't even need those 3 tries!
Not sure how long this might get.ย Apologies if it winds up being a super long rant-y novel.ย I am feeling super stressed and this site is saving me from losing my s***.
Status (WTO/TWW/TTA):ย It's CD4. WTO but not really.ย I am seriously considering not doing anything this cycle.ย Feeling pretty worn out and somewhat hopeless.
What are you doing this cycle? (Testing? Treatment?): Was supposed to start taking estradiol on CD1 to do an ERA this cycle. But I called my RE's office & the nurse said not to start it because insurance still hasn't approved IVF and the ERA is to check for receptivity of lining in prep for embryo transfer, and since I haven't been approved to move forward there's no point in taking the meds this cycle.ย Well, I'm feeling so down and also pissed off at MH that I don't even want to try to HIOย this cycle, so I wish I'd just taken the meds starting on CD1 and used this cycle for info instead of wasting it completely.ย Because if insurance does come back with an approval I will have to spend a cycle doing that ERA testing in the future anyway.
How are things going?: Terrible. For once I can truly say that.ย Warning: this is a super lame Pity Party of One over here.ย Remember my exciting mad dash to catch the egg and do a natural IUI a couple days before leaving on a business trip? Long story to follow that craziness. (Please skip if sensitive, as I may have included some details that don't really belong in the IF thread, but not sure where I can share this.)
***TW, mention of HPTs, losses, and another person's PG, etc:
Well, that IUI worked. And it continued to be the craziest thing I've gone through so far in this journey because we did an hCG shot after the insemination in order to make the uterine environment super welcoming to an embryo.ย So I was testing with hpts everyday to track the hCG shot down.ย It started to fade on 8 and 9DPO and then got darker on 10DPO onward. I had had distinct implantation cramps on 6 & 7DPO so I was somewhat hopeful. But I didn't really believe the tests getting darker because my nurse had said that there was no way to reliably test at home when the hCG shot is involved and that I'd have to wait until 14DPO to get my bloodwork done. Also, I was at this super intense work training with my new job and NO downtime from early morning till late at night, and also far away from any labs, so I missed my chance to get blood drawn on 14DPO.ย Stupid, I know, but there was really no way to make it happen.ย Then I started having period-like cramps on 13DPO onward (when my period would be due) so I wasn't sure what was going on. Anyway, I did my first digital test ever in the hotel room late that night and it came back positive, and I took a FRER that came back super strong.ย So I started to believe it.ย And then I had to take a flight the next night and had sharp abdominal pains on that flight.ย The next morning the hpts were fading, and that afternoon they were basically negative.ย I had my BW done in that city on 16DPO and it was obviously not good.ย It took a few more days to start bleeding.
So now it's CD4, I'm super pissed off at my body, MH & I have been arguing all week, the insurance actually called yesterday to say they never received our COBRA election so our insurance is currently discontinued, and I'm supposed to leave on another work trip tomorrow and feeling pretty damn angry and frustrated all around.ย Also, my sister came by the other day and asked if I remembered this one family friend.ย I said "Yes, she was my nurse when I had my follow-up bloodwork after my late loss.ย She seemed surprised that I was trying for a baby and said I was brave to go for it at my age."ย My sister said, "Well, she's naturally pregnant at 44. Isn't that great?" No, it's not f****** great to hear when I'm having my 5th loss in a row!ย But no one in my family knows we are still trying because they said horrible things after my late loss, like, "Don't you think you need to pay attention to what God and the Universe are telling you?ย That maybe it's time to just be grateful for all that you do have."ย So no one knows what we've been going through the last 9 months since the first loss or that we've had a bunch of early losses since then. I have also recently unfollowed updates on FB from the two girls (close family friends) who were due the same time I was with my late loss.ย It is too painful to see their 3-month-old babies and know that I got halfway there with them.ย I'm also upset because I've managed to keep upbeat and happy for others throughout this yearlong-plus adventure, but now I want to get off the ride. I don't know if I'm *officially* bitter or just temporarily bitter, but I'm f******* pissed all around right now.ย END RANT!
Any questions?: Am I breaking any rules with the things I mentioned in the spoiler?ย I don't want to ruin this thread for others--or get myself kicked out.ย Another question: Has anyone here worked with Dr. Kwak-Kim in Chicago?ย She's my last hope for help with my RPL.ย But my appointment with her isn't until November and I don't even want to get my hopes up too high...
GTKY: What's something you love, something you hate, and something you ate recently?ย I love laughing with good friends, I am hating infertility, and I recently ate a ridiculously healthy salad with my TTC supplements.ย Whomp whomp.
@emeraldduchess He changed it based on my amh or my fsh, but not really sure why. I figured there was no point in pressing the issue. And not the worst blindsideโit didnโt really change my expectations, so I can take that one in stride.ย
@mokay19 ย thank you! Iโm hoping us letrozole buddies can all move to our bmb together soon. Right, @b_1029?
@keikilove That is so much! @keikilove I am so sorry that youโre going through all of this and Iโm so sorry that your family has said those things to you. I think all of your anger, frustrations, and pity parties are valid. @begging4abump the veggie tacos were nothing special, we just used some veggies we had initially planned on using for kebabs. So it was grilled onions, peppers, squash, and zucchini. We threw some taco seasoning on there beforehand. Girl, I am just so hopeful for you. I'm glad you're back on the TTGP train!ย
@keikilove I saw your update yesterday in TTCAL after missing you for a few days. As others have said, I can't offer you anything except creepy internet hugs. โฅ I'm so sorry for your immensely sucky week. And FWIW, I think you can post things like that here, since you included the TW, I don't see any problem with it at all.ย
@begging4abump the trigger shot itself was fine and didn't hurt any more than a normal vaccine or anything. 2 days later though and the injection site is still a bit swollen and red and hurts like someone punched me in the stomach! I had a dull headache the first couple days on letrozole but other than that, no other side effects besides (TMI) a TON of CM...which is the complete opposite thing Clomid did to me hah. As for the neighbors...I just dislike them. They're renting to own (we assume) but they've tricked out their backyard with this big structure that has flashing lights and a disco ball and their hot tub under it all, and the worst, recent addition...every weekend now, they blow up a giant MOVIE SCREEN and watch it from their hot tub, sound blasting. If they aren't watching movies, they're blasting their music and it's just the two of them. It's ridiculous and is super annoying when you can't really enjoy your outdoor space because these a-holes are polluting everything with noise (lol I sound like I'm 80 years old, but seriously if I live 2 doors down from you and your music is blasting over my own...)! Several months ago, DH threw this bunch of grapes over our fence into our neighbor's yard on the other side - their house is vacant. I posted about it in the randoms because I had no idea he was doing it and there was just these grapes hanging off the tree...apparently it was something he had been doing for a bit lol.ย As for your update...damn lady, that's a lot to process. So sorry for the blindside. I can't imagine the stress of knowing you only have that limited amount of time to try. I'm really hopeful the letrozole does the trick for you!ย
@keikilove ugh, gosh. I have been wondering where you were and I'm so, so sorry to read your update and that people have said those awful things to you. NONE of this is your fault and it's all BS about "God's/the universe's" plan. I am pissed for you that someone had the audacity to say that to you, let alone your own family members. You are allowed to be bitter, and angry, and whatever else you feel right now. I can't even imagine all that you're going through. Giant hugs to you, lady ย
@b_1029 Iโm curmudgeon-y when it comes to noises in my neighborhood too, so I totally sympathize. We have a cemetery across the street which isnโt ideal, but it makes for quiet neighbors. ๐ I just huff about the cars/motorcycles revving down the street too fast. I feel like Iโve aged a few decades in the last couple years. Anyway, I hope that trigger shot pain backs off soon, and glad to hear letrozole brought minimal side effects, and the cm part sounds like a perk maybe?
I just want to thank you all. @jennifer_louise I really appreciate your input into whether these things can be shared here or not. I used to find this thread & the TTCAL thread the hardest to post in for a long time because of what they representโand how hard/heavy it can be to read othersโ experiences & feel such great empathy for them. But lately these two threads have felt like the only safe places for me to really express whatโs going on. @b_1029 Thank you friend for the validation of my feelings. Honestly, Iโm usually a very even-keeled & eternally optimistic person. But I feel like all I do here is bring the drama with these crazy highs & lows that Iโm not used to experiencing in my regular emotional repertoire. Iโm not used to being a dramatic person. I feel badly for it, and then to console myself I just keep saying in my head, โThis TTC stuff is NO JOKE! Weโre all going through our own trials with it.โ And like some of you here, I just donโt feel like I can do the dailies right now. So thank you all very much for your acceptance & endless kindness.โฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธ
@begging4abump I'm glad your body is responding well to meds and I'm so sorry you were blindsided! FX so hard you do well on the Letrozole. Re: number of embryos, we're going with whatever my RE suggests. Given my most recent CP, I feel pretty confident most of my eggs are crap. Because of this, I'm no longer opposed to three, if that's what my RE recommends.
@keikilove Oh friend, I'm sorry.ย I also just had yet another CP and it's just so damn unfair.ย It makes it hard to even be hopeful with IVF because what are the chances they'll get good eggs?ย DOR is just. . . unfair?ย Is that even the right word?ย And RPL is torture. I am just so with you on all of it.ย And trying really hard not to be bitter.ย That may be a losing battle at this point.ย So you're definitely not alone and I definitely don't mind you venting here.ย Sending hugs.
@b_1029 I hate your neighbors for you.ย That is all.
@keikilove I am heartbroken for you. I am so, so sorry that you've had to hear such insensitive comments from people about "God's plan". So many hugs to you. Please don't ever feel like you're "bringing the drama". What you're going through is emotional hell and you can't walk through it alone. That's why places like this exist. You feel everything that you need you feel, and vent to us as much as you need. We've got you. ๐
@b_1029 damn, your neighbors are jerks. I will stop complaining about my neighbors' stupid rooster now.ย
Iโve been taking a break and doing some light bumping over the last couple of days. FW seems to be coming early, right after DH worked a 48 and when Iโm heading to DE/VA to see my sister and for a baptism. Iโm kind of annoyed at what our timing will be (DH said, โWhatโs one more month?!โ - GRRR) - and have had some intense ovulation-type pain at the end of last cycle and this one without ovulating, so Iโm still thinking itโs a cyst. Also, I lost my license (not sure where or how) and have to not only do this trip without it, but also I need it for my RE appointment on Thursday. I tore the house and cars apart and canโt find it, so Iโm going to the DMV on Monday. Keep your fingers crossed that I donโt get pulled over on my trip!ย
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@keikilove Big hugs, lady. What a ride youโve been on. That was so insensitive of your sister to say. I hope they find a way to be supportive and eat their words.ย @begging4abump Hope it all works out with the meds and that your therapist is awesome. @mokay19 I hate that they arenโt supportive of you, but Iโm glad you have us as an outlet. @b_1029 Sorry theyโre being so obnoxious. Did they ever invite you over? ย @inthewoods23 That all sounds great! You are getting so close!
...Iโll try to catch more of you later! About to drive 4 hours. Would have been driving yesterday, but a certain politician just had to leave his very big White House to go golfing and that shuts down one of our highways. I need some luck since Iโll be battling shore areas in two states.

@NYTino24 my DH says the same exact thing every busted cycle. "It's just one more month." All the good vibes for a safe, police-free drive to your destination and back!ย
AFM, DH's karyotyping came back, no abnormalities. Yay! Although you'd think they'd make the results in the patient portal easier to understand. My results will hopefully be back soon. The progesterone kicked my arse yesterday. Such bad bloat and then the hot flashes kicked in. They weren't bad, just uncomfortable. Of course, this was all after saying, "hey, this isn't too bad!" ๐
@NYTino24 I'm so sorry about all that! I hope you get some HIO in anyway. We are also twinsies because I lost my wallet (and thus my driver's license) this week too. I am hobbling along without it and crossing fingers I don't get pulled over..
@emeraldduchess Yay for those results! Always a relief โฅ๏ธ
Got everything sorted so we're all set to start the lupron on the 8th! I got really confused about the PIO since I got 5 vials of it (10mL per vial) and the dosage is only 1mL. Then I remembered I have to continue the torture of PIO injections past my transfer date AND through 10 weeks if I end up KU. ๐ฉ But worth it in the end right?

@inthewoods23 I am sooooo excited for you.ย I am glad the mock transfer went smoothly and your embryo numbers and grades look so good.ย
@keikilove Oh no, sorry to hear. Yay that the IUI initially working but I am so sorry about all of your losses and your family. It sounds like they are coming from a good place, but also sounds like they dont get it.

@emeraldduchess Sorry to hear about the bad side effects ๐ฌ But that is sweet that your husband is being so encouraging.
Re: IF Testing and Treatment w/o 7/29

@begging4abump Congrats on escaping that 80-day wait!ย
So sorry if I missed anyone, that was a lot to get caught up on!
Thatโs such an awesome thing to do!
afm,
The main blindside at my appointment was that I apparently ย also have andenomyosis along with endometriosis, but it seems that the orilissa did a lot to improve it.
I'm glad the orilissa helped improve things and hopefully the letrozole gets a good, healthy follicle for you and you don't even need those 3 tries!
Diagnosis (if you've been): RPL, AMA, DOR, Autoimmmune crap, Blood-clotting mutations
So now it's CD4, I'm super pissed off at my body, MH & I have been arguing all week, the insurance actually called yesterday to say they never received our COBRA election so our insurance is currently discontinued, and I'm supposed to leave on another work trip tomorrow and feeling pretty damn angry and frustrated all around.ย
Also, my sister came by the other day and asked if I remembered this one family friend.ย I said "Yes, she was my nurse when I had my follow-up bloodwork after my late loss.ย She seemed surprised that I was trying for a baby and said I was brave to go for it at my age."ย My sister said, "Well, she's naturally pregnant at 44.
Any questions?: Am I breaking any rules with the things I mentioned in the spoiler?ย I don't want to ruin this thread for others--or get myself kicked out.ย
Another question: Has anyone here worked with Dr.
@mokay19 ย thank you! Iโm hoping us letrozole buddies can all move to our bmb together soon. Right, @b_1029?
@keikilove That is so much! I am so truly sorry for your loss and all the gut-punching crap thatโs been thrown at you the last couple weeks! โค๏ธโค๏ธ Iโm so sorry that your family hasnโt been supportive and that your husband and you are having a rough patch. With everything so raw right now, I canโt imagine what youโre going through, but Iโm sending so many creepy stranger hugs to you. โค๏ธโค๏ธ

As for your update...damn lady, that's a lot to process.
@b_1029 damn, your neighbors are jerks. I will stop complaining about my neighbors' stupid rooster now.ย

@keikilove Oh no, sorry to hear. Yay that the IUI initially working but I am so sorry about all of your losses and your family. It sounds like they are coming from a good place, but also sounds like they dont get it.
