I can't wait until I start snoring during this pregnancy. I don't normally snore, but apparently sounded light a freight train last pregnancy. 

DH's has always snored (partially due to poor life choices) and it drives me absolutely insane, so I love it when he gets a taste of what I have to deal with

I am SO excited to keep this pregnancy from our parents. I was so annoyed last time with stupid shit advice I'd get and I just want to work out and do whatever in peace....

I read all the responses on the threads I choose to participate in, but I rarely comment and I almost never love tit. Usually by the time I see it, someone has already said what I’d say or there are too many things I want to respond to and I get overwhelmed with tagging, so I just don’t say anything. I think my confession is I’m a borderline lurker.

I've been selling signed copies of my poetry chapbook (basically a skinny half book) I bought from my publisher online, & for extra $, including these collages I've been making---and so, my ex who lives overseas randomly venmo'd me $10 [the base price, no collage]? No address? The comment just said "that autograph." Therefore, he gets nothing, but I'll take that ten dollars please & thank you. (Also, it would cost me more than $10 to ship the book overseas?!)

We have had a major scandal break at work and my douchey counterpart resigned over it yesterday and I’m basking in it because it may finally mean I get to work a normal schedule for the first time in my career.

@chichiphin my ILs were like that! Literally they’d be worried if I had to stand up to get something... secretly I’m hoping it gets me out of hosting thanksgiving this year bc I’ve done it the last 3 years and would rather just enjoy it this year. So I guess that’s my confession.

So my counterpart (former) is a manager who has been hooking up with his direct subordinate basically since she started working here 3 years ago. *TW now she’s come forward to claim sexual assault.
He admitted to sleeping with her, but strongly denies an assault, and says he has years of text messages to prove she’s the one who’s always initiating.
Rumor has it, she was pissed that he started dating someone a few months ago and broke things off, and has now come forward to get him fired in hopes that she will be promoted to his job. 
I by no means am victim blaming, but this girl is known to be a drama queen and caused lots of problems in the past, and often has huge meltdowns at work. 
And he’s the ultimate dumbass for sleeping with her and thinking there was any way it would end well. Before he held that position, he supposedly slept with his female supervisor too, so it’s like the circle of life for him or some shit. 
This has been me, my team, and my husband (who used to work there and knows everyone involved) for the past 24 hrs.

I work in economic development in conjunction with the convention and visitor's bureau. If the CVB director is out I have to take her calls, which SUUUUCKS because it's often a lot of annoying people who refuse to use the internet. Some of them request we mail them visitor's guides.

FFFC: if the person who asks we mail them a visitor's guide is overly annoying, I "accidentally" lose their mailing address. The latest example was a women from small town Mississippi with a THICK drawl who shouted into the phone. I don't for a second believe she actually has plans to visit a small town in the midwest anyway. Also, LEARN HOW TO USE THE INTERNET

My confession is that I totally used DD to get out of going to lunch with some extended family today. We spent the morning with them at the zoo and I fully intended to take them out for lunch, but I started feeling a little queasy and DD was tired anyway so I abruptly canceled.

Ok my real confession is that since DD doesn’t nap anymore, she’s going to get 2 hours of screen time this afternoon so I can rest. I do not feel well.

@kantobean I tried that with DS yesterday bc he only had a 45 min car nap and I obviously had nothing since I was driving. It was not as relaxing as I hoped bc he kept having to sit or lay next to me and poked at me the entire time 🤷🏻‍♀️

I went to the lake with DD this morning and we hung out for awhile with friends and just left to come home. She’s a horrible mapper so i drive around in the car for 30 minutes for confession #1) a McDonald’s cheeseburger and slushy drink. She’s actually napping in her bEd now that we’re home!!! And instead of all the cleaning and laundry i should be doing I will Be confession #2) taking a hot shower by myself and watching working moms on Netflix.

I’ve felt like shit all week and should take advantage of feeling okay today to be productive but I just don’t want to!

@laurenm2123 oh you made me think of my second confession. I’ve had McDonald’s 4x in the last two weeks because their fries seems to cure my nausea for like 3 hours! I found this last pregnancy too. Idk what they put on them but it’s amazing and DS loves their nuggets 😬

 I drove around for 30 mins today  so my girls would fall asleep and they both transferred to their beds for naps. I could have cried I was so happy! On days when they don’t, my secret weapon is a Kids Kindle Fire. I don’t pull it out more than once a week, but when I do they looooove those apps. And they’re mostly educational so I don’t feel too bad.
