Thrombocytopenia and high Glucose screening

I am 25 weeks along with a prior history of Thrombocytopenia. I had my platelets tested the end of March and they were at 203. Then I had them tested the beginning of July and they were at 88. What would cause my platelets to drop so much? This worries me because I have to have a c- section. I have to wait till Monday morning to talk to my Ob office re. my lab results.  And my glucose screening was 145. 😔😔
