How are you feeling? (Cravings/Symptoms): I’m constantly thirsty and struggling to stay hydrated in this heat so I’ve had more Braxton Hicks lately than I’d like.
Rants/Raves: We’ve had a case of the measles confirmed here now and it’s terrifying me.
Questions:
GTKY: If you married your SO where you first met- where would the wedding be? The school bus. We met when I was in first grade and he was in kindergarten.
EDD/Weeks + Days: October 27/24w3d Baby is the size of a(n): GI Joe? DH thinks that's wrong. 🤷 FTM/STM/TTM+: FTM

Upcoming Appointments: July 30, but I need to schedule my glucose and antibody test for before then How are you feeling? (Cravings/Symptoms): Pregnancy-wise, pretty good, minus the heartburn (thank you, Zantac!) and pelvic pain/pressure. Some days are better than others. Oh, and like everyone else, my sleep sucks and some days I'm useless due to exhaustion. However, when I use my pregnancy wedge and knee pillow, I can kind of do a modified belly sleep, which is lovely!
Rants/Raves: Our craft room/office is finally coming together a bit! But five months later and the old house still isn't ready to be listed (mostly due to some of our crap still being there). Driving a half hour there makes me exhausted and then I don't want to do anything when I get there. It's a serious stress for me right now and I just want it done! Never again will I let DH talk me into buying a house before we list the old one. This same fiasco happened when he was moving out of his house and into mine.
Questions: What maternity support belts is everyone using (those that have one)? Mine is okay, but I don't love it. I did, however, find a product that is more than a belt and closer to like gentle Spanx that I love the belly support on (I don't really care about the slimming effects). It's not practical or comfortable enough for daily wear under anything other than a dress, though.
GTKY: If you married your SO where you first met- where would the wedding be? Like @jenferlee82, DH and I met online (CatholicMatch.com). He's far more devout than me, but it was a great site to find a good Catholic man. 😄 But our first date was walking back and forth on a local trail near my house, which actually would have been a beautiful place for a wedding!
@ineedsixeggs I’m jealous with your hair luck, my hair is so much greasier when I’m pregnant. @galentine I’m so sorry about your pain. Is it something massage or chiropractic care would help? @telicious2 okay now I need a fluffernut @obsessedwithoranges I’m so sorry for your added stress and pelvic bedrest. @cmbt2 The size of a small baby ❤️, that made me realize how close we are actually getting eck. Upcoming Appointments: Growth scan and MFM tomorrow. Doing glucose test but not seeing my doctor.
How are you feeling? (Cravings/Symptoms): Okay, not great but not horrible. I’m having pretty regular headaches which is super annoying. I’m also really suffering with the heat and 90% humidity. I finally gave into using my pregnancy pillow, and hello better sleep.
Rants/Raves: I had one an hour ago and it fell out of my head. I guess I could rant about this breech girl, the kicks straight to my bladder f***ing hurt. DS was never breech nor did he move much so this is so new.
Questions: Is the being on your back rule only mean laying completely flat? I recline on the couch a lot because it’s most comfortable, but I don’t want to be harming little one and I don’t remember being told this with DS,not that it wasn’t a thing I just don’t think I was ever told.
GTKY: If you married your SO where you first met- where would the wedding be? I don’t honestly remember the first time we met. I’m guessing it was at our friends small group gathering, if not there it was church. We did get married in that church.
@sweetteaandswingsmama We had a few cases of measles confirmed here in the spring. Luckily it ended up being people who were from out of town and weren’t in town long so there didn’t end up being any local cases. I hope for your sake it is an isolated incident!
@cmbt2 my OB offices does them early on for all pregnant patients and I have a call in to see because when I had my ds in sept15 I had lost my immunity and had to have the MMR booster after he was born.
The biggest issue that I struggle with is that my county has one of the highest unvaccinated populations in the state so I’m kind of expecting it to blow up for a little while. I’m hoping it’s not as bad this fall.
