I was chugging water, like 4 water bottles worth, while sweltering by the pool on Sunday. I was fine and then suddenly REALLY had to pee. I raced upstairs to the condo (after frantically trying to figure out if there was a bathroom in the clubhouse looking structure) to go there. Couldn’t get the ridiculously difficult door to open after trying for a few minutes. Idk if it was because I was in a swimsuit or what but it just started coming out out so I jogged up and down the (outdoor, stone) hallway just pissing away. Mortified. Afterwards I tried washing it away with a bowl but then I just gave up when it wasn’t making a difference. So embarrassing and no one will ever know what happened 😬 I knew my MIL and SIL were coming up soon so I tried to delay them as long as possible hoping it would sorta dry before they came up. Pretty sure a neighbor asked my SIL about it and I died internally but it was never brought up again. 

Also I think I need to go see someone about my pelvic floor because it’s only going to get worse if I ever get KU.

Omg @b_1029 at least you were in a swimsuit and it was outdoors! I feel so bad that a bathroom wasn’t easily accessible! They need to fix that! 

I was changing the sheets yesterday and thought of my FFFC. Which is that I don’t change the sheets very often....TBH I don’t even know how long it had been since I changed them. So gross I know.

I had soda and chips for breakfast and IDGAF today. I don’t normally eat like crap, but I don’t have an appetite and don’t feel like cleaning out the fridge right now or going shopping.

@b_1029 OMG that's awesome I have this mental image of you awkwardly jogging up and down the hallway whilst dribbling. Priceless! But, in reality, it was an outdoor,stone hallway so NBD 


When DH and I were a LOT younger and dumber we got really drunk at a friends house. We were staying the night and I definitely peed in a corner of the bedroom that we were sleeping in. I'm really fuzzy on the details, but I think I got up in the middle of night and really had to pee but couldn't figure out where the bathroom was because drunk. I didn't even remember doing it until a few days later and just kinda hoped that it didn't make that room smell ... no one said anything, so...

@silly_goose saaaaame. I think we've had our sheets on the bed for like 2 months now.... 😬

TBH, all cleaning is sporatic for me. Clean the toilet once a week like they recommend? Nope, gonna do that only when we're going to have company. Bath towels? Yeah those get used for weeks too before using a new towel.

Oh well, builds immunity right? 😆

@silly_goose @inthewoods23 I usually change the sheets once every two weeks, but that's mostly because our giant dog sleeps in the bed with us. Otherwise a lot of stuff never gets done unless we're having company.

LOL I once peed in a frat boy's bed during a hook up bc I couldn't find my bra and didn't know where the girls bathroom was... sooo I just did. and I eventually left and never really spoke to the guy ever again. to be fair, it was more a dribble than a full pee....

@silly_goose we hardly wash ours either 😬 ETA same with everything @inthewoods23 said. I only have so much energy lol

@inthewoods23 I think I clean just because my anxiety gets out of control and that’s the release / “free time” that I sometimes get. Right now my house is clean, but cluttered. One day it will be both clean and organized again.

@b_1029 At least you were in the perfect outfit for that to happen in. If I couldn’t get in the condo, I probably would have peed in the pool. I always think of the scene from Chuck and Larry though... Lol

I guess my real FFFC for today is that I don't always wash my face at night and love to pick at my zits. I don't like it when my face looks like hell, but I have no willpower and can't NOT pick.

@stassischroeder I also have a good morning routine but my nighttime routine is basically micellar water to get makeup off. Too tired to wash my face at night.

@NYTino24 the mound of dishes in our kitchen will give me anxiety which usually means I'm not in a mental state to even do them. I don't clean to make myself feel better. I'm the opposite.

I also rarely brush my teeth before bed. Probably why DH always says I have bad breath in the morning.

@NYTino24 the whole time it was happening I was like why tf did you not just jump in the pool you idiot. I was actually starting to awkward jog back down to the pool to do that when it started haha

@b_1029 Ah, that mental picture made my morning! When I was in elementary school, I was swimming at the house across the street. I had to poop, but didn't make it to the toilet in time and my swimsuit couldn't contain it all - part of itlanded on the living room floor. I made the mistake of telling MH this story, and his brother now owns that house. He loves to look at the spot on the floor and then look at me and slowly shake his head at me in shame. If he ever tells his brother, I'll kill him.

@stassischroeder Not only do I pick my own zits, I'll pick at MH's as well. I can't stop myself. And if anyone else has a giant zit, I have a hard time focusing on what they're saying to me because I just keep thinking, "for the love of God, deal with that thing!"

@stassischroeder - I used to be like that. To the point where my husband would catch me picking at my face or see that a spot had gotten bloody and say, "STOP picking your face!". So, for my New Year's resolution for 2017 to 2018, I said I would treat my hair, skin, and nails better. I bought nice face wash, toner, face masks, a skin kit that has various tools to extract whiteheads/blackheads (I only use it very minimally and only for very noticeable spots that need to be extricated), fancy nail polishes from Etsy, etc. I've done pretty well, and it has helped my anxiety over my skin and nails decrease substantially.

+1 for bad at cleaning. Basically do it when I absolutely have to. DH is a bit better about it than I am, so our house isn’t always a complete disaster.

@ruby696 YAS. DH sees me staring at him in a certain way and goes "NO. You can't pick at it." And this is me when talking to someone with an obvious zit:

@stassischroeder MH has resigned himself to it. His only requirement is that I have to wait until we're home. I guess that's not too unreasonable... Also, strangers with giant blackheads kill me. It's all I can see when I stare at them. I start wondering if maybe they don't know about it? And should I tell them? No, because people would think I was rude instead of helpful. But personally, I would appreciate a heads up if it was me (which it never is because I'm always on the lookout 😆)

@b_1029 I need work on my pelvic floor too, I wear a panty liner every day just in case and my cardio workouts I often have to stop halfway to pee 😬 so I could totally see your situation happening to me! 

We were camping with friends once and I woke up in the middle of the night needing to pee. I was still kind of drunk and couldn’t get my flashlight to work so I couldn’t see well and ended up just finding some trees where I was hopefully hidden enough 

+1 to needing to wash the sheets more often. I keep up with dishes and clothes laundry but everything else gets done before company or when I can’t stand how bad it’s gotten anymore (so like 1/month ish)

@varimama I totally get the panty liners every day. I pee when I cough or sneeze all the time.

Does no one else get intense joy from clean sheet night?! It’s like the best night of the week!!!! 

I also don’t wash my face unless I’m in the shower. I’m sure in 10 years I’ll be mad went myself for not having a regimen. Oh, well. I’ll deal with it later.

@tyrion_ I ADORE clean sheet night. It's definitely the best night of the week. Not for MH though, because I don't want to HIO if it's going to dirty my clean sheets. 😂

@ruby696 that thought has definitely crossed my mind too! Don't dirty the clean sheets on the first night!

I feel very seen today!!! I also consider myself bad at cleaning. I've improved over the last few years certainly, but I'm not exactly keeping a schedule of "bathrooms get cleaned on Mondays" etc. I also do not clean the inside of my toilet, that is exclusively MH's job. I do cat litter boxes, laundry, and empty the dishwasher. He vacuums, loads the dishwasher, and cleans the toilets.

Add me to loving clean sheets at night, especially after a shower!
I also suck at keeping things neat and uncluttered. My third grade teacher once called me the most disorganized-organized child she has ever met. Meaning my desk was clutter-city but somehow knew where everything was!

@emeraldduchess haha i am the most organized disorganized person i know so—twins! I am the same— i have a cluttered aesthetic and i’m messy but i know where things are!
