Is there a mental health thread?

Just wondering if their was a mental health thread for anyone coming off of medication. I tried to search for it but didn't see it. Don't know if it's the app or my phone making it very complicated. If someone would be so kind as to point me in the right direction would be a great help.

    Sorry all. I didn't mean to post to the general board. Im having such issues with my phone these days and now I can't find how to delete this.

    @gabila66 there was a mental health thread at some point. I’m not sure if coming off medication was addressed though. I weaned off Zoloft before my 3rd trimester. So far so good but I do worry about postpartum
