  • @silly_goose Yay for potty training! Awesome!
@jennifer_louise Sorry about AF. But your little girl sounds amazing and the radish thing is one of the cutest things I’ve ever heard!

@jennifer_louise oh my heart at your story ❤️❤️ what a special little girl you have. she obviously loves her mommy! I’m glad you are feeling better
  • @silly_goose yay congrats on potty training! Also I’m sorry you were getting pressure about it, some kids just take longer and that’s totally ok, they all get there!

@jennifer_louise Aww your story is so sweet! It’s amazing how perceptive these little humans are! Whenever I’m feeling bad my guy gets all concerned too and makes sure I’m ok. I wish I was always strong for him but I have to remind myself that showing him mommy has hard times too is good for the future where he’ll realize it’s ok to need some help sometimes and to show some weakness.

  • So, I’ve been feeling super down since my birthday. One of the reasons was that there are 4 birthdays in my office in June and all of the other birthday people got cake from someone. I didn’t. My boss just apologized for being late and said we’d have cake today. It helps a bit. I was feeling under appreciated given the work I do and the time I’ve been here.

@mercury94 thats great that your boss is trying to make it right. That would have bothered me too. It’s still your birthday week so I think you should keep the celebration going all weekend🥳
  • @NYTino24 I have learned during this journey to try to get a second just how well DS recognizes my emotions. Nothing gets his attention like Mommy crying. These angels we have are such blessings. I can’t imagine how hard it is for you to be back here, but I’m so glad you have that little man looking after you.

  • @kpearse99 I’m sorry your body is being so confusing!
@mercury94 I hope your boss made it right. That sucks to feel that way. As the manager of my shift, I celebrate everyone’s birthdays, and we have a few single older guys who once said it was the first birthday card they had received in years 😢 So I try to keep in mind how those things can truly make a difference.

So, we bought the van last night! I’m now a minivan mom! Ha! We are excited. But there was a TW moment during our shopping experience.
One of the sales guys was super nice to DS, who somehow didn’t melt down during the hours long wait at the dealership. But at one point he looked at DH and I and said “so, when is he going to have little brothers or sisters?” DH and I looked at each other and DH said “hopefully soon.” I just quickly agreed, “Yep.” Thanks for the reminder that we’re buying a van with only one child, dude.

  • @kpearse99 Sorry to hear. What CD are you, again? I took a digital, got a BFN and still no spotting (CD 29) So frustrating!

  • @MrsVP614 you caved and got a minivan!!! I feel like his question about when another sibilant would arrive was innocent.  He probably sees so many people buying minivans when they are about to expand their families or trying to, and guys don’t understand really what all goes into making a baby most of the Time! But it still stings to hear those questions.

@bobbyflies2020 I am on CD 40 when it’s usually 30.  I don’t typically spot at the onset of my period so this is out of the norm for me. I just had a little bit of brown spotting when I wiped this morning. So I don’t know if I should call my RE or not.

  • @mercury94 Sorry, this is why I hate celebrating office bdays. Some people are really vocal about their bday and others arent and people really vary in their effort to remember, regardless who's bday it is. But, I am glad your boss acknowledged it and is making up for it.

@MrsVP614 Congrats on your new minivan! I am sorry about the awkward and insensitive question. 🤦

@kpearse99 I see. Sorry this is dragging on so long. I spotted very very faintly twice on CD 26 amd CD 27 and then nothing. Did your RE say anything about the likelihood of a negative? Sigh. I guess another test at the RE would show whether your hormones dropped, right?

  • @bobbyflies2020 I’m sorry about your BFN too :-( I hope your cycle is not following suit with mine!
I just know my RE told me to call on CD 1 and i don’t know if this spotting would count as that given as I’m a week over due. They said if I didn’t get AF in a week and a half to call back and we would redo bloodwork in the chance it was just too early still. It’s off hours for them anyway so I’d just be instructed to leave a message, even if this is CD 1, so I’ll see how the rest of today goes and then I’ll call and leave a message if she really does appear.  I put a tampon in just in case, hopefully that’s okay 🤦🏻‍♀️😂🤷🏻‍♀️

  • @bobbyflies2020 Darn. I’m sorry. I really thought this was it for you. I hope maybe it was just too early.

@kpearse99 Sorry about your super confusing cycle. The sporting seems encouraging, I guess. I sometimes have spotting the day before AF, especially after a long cycle.

@MrsVP614 Congrats on the minivan. Which kind did you get? The Odyssey is on my list of possible next vehicles.

  • @mercury94 The weird thing is I haven’t really cried. I was kind of relieved to have an answer, to be honest. It has been much easier this time around. But man is he the sweetest little boy! I smashed my head on the monkey bars at the playground, sat on the ground holding it for a second, and he walked over with a huge hug, pat on the back, and an “Okay, Mommy?” *melted*
@kpearse99 Woohoo! Sorry about AF, but hope the RE helps and get you some quick info.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
