Miss Elle P is thriving... kinda she is 4 months today.. this last week she has started spitting after every feeding bf and supplemental. She has also just started not pooping last time was 4 days, now we are at 6. I haven’t changed my diet. and yay I just welcomed back Aunt Flo today. Is this all related?

Doctor says if breastfeeding babies can go 6 weeks without pooping. If they are having no discomfort you are fine. He said your breastmilk is a laxative. 
My son's spits up a lot and takes rinidine to help wth it
