Spinach recall - listeria

PSA: Sprouts (the grocery store) has recalled their frozen cut spinach (regular and organic) for listeria. Thought this would be more effective than a post in the weekly Randoms. It's never the lunch meat, is it?

Thanks for the heads up. And this is why I don’t stress about pasteurized soft cheese.

@steminist for real! I had a pregnant aquantience tell me the other day she was craving a Turkey sub from the local pizza place and she goes "really, can we have that?" I was like yes, go for it. I told her it's a reputable place, get it toasted, and when is the last time we heard of a deli meat recall? I told her I'm more weary of eating a salad and she laughed.
