I’m struggling with this motivation thing. My house is filthy so I’m tryyying to get motivated to clean and do laundry but the little nugget and I are having so much fun playing this morning. Maybe once he naps?
I took today off of work a long time and just decided to keep it. I did lull in bed for a while playing with my dog. I was like I GUESS I COULD DO LAUNDRY... and while I was down there I looked over at my squat rack and was like “I could do a couple sets and see how I feel” and now I feel so much better getting a full workout in lol.
Haha- same! Who’s hogging all the motivation? I’ve got jack. To be fair I don’t keep a clean house ever, but I’m usually more productive at work than this...
Add me to the motivated to do nothing pile. I did do a few things at work but skipped my run to have a business lunch. Which I guess was kind of important. Instead of making a planned dinner I heated up some tortillas and we had “tacos”

My only motivation to get shit done is that I am probably going to feel like crap by the end of the week when MS kicks in. The more organized things are the easier it will be for me to manage, so ya, that’s mine only motivation...impending doom, lol.
