Rash? Acne? Help!

2 nights ago, a huge nasty patch of something appeared on my 2.5 week old's forehead. It's a red blotch with clusters of little while pimples/pustules scattered on top. From Internet research, I can't really tell if it's acne or eurythema toxicum. Other than the blotches, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my baby. Is there anything I can do for it? Should I call my pediatrician? I just went last week due to what I thought was hives but was apparently nothing.

I would call. I feel like baby acne is more like what is on his cheeks; a handful of bumps kind of randomly spread out. The concentration of bumps in such a defined area makes me think his skin is reacting to something. Maybe a new detergent or a lotion with fragrance you use that he’s rested his head on after you apply.
