Subtle hints about being pregnant

Help! I want to drop subtle hints to my co worker that I am pregnant with baby4. I plan to tell the rest of the office next week by bringing in a box of donuts, similar to this photo. But my co worker I need to tell first beforehand. We text all day long, joke about office stuff and knew each other’s personal families/lifes well. What are some funny subtle things I could send or say to hint at being pregnant again!?!?! Thanks!!
