Good day guys, I've been struggling with severe headaches, the doc says paracetamol is safe but how many could I take to help with the pain?

Hi! We try not to do one off threads as it clutters the board. We have a question thread this would have been great in. As for your question, I would go by the package directions for dosing.

I have no idea about the med.  Can you call in to your doctor?  They should be able to just have a nurse call you back and tell you.   Have you tried a little caffeine? Sometimes that can help with my headaches.

I always start w just one extra strength gel cap Tylenol/acetaminophen which is the same thing right?
Usually that works for me.
