Hair appt and pumping question

Hi Mamas,
Happy Mother's Day!
My question is this, I would love to get my hair coloured soon. My salon lists the service I want as taking 4-5 hours. My daughter nurses every 2-3 hours so halfway through my appointment I will be engorged and eventually leaking. Would it be inappropriate to ask if I can pump while there? I have a manual pump so it would be quiet and mostly unassuming. I am pretty friendly with the owner and all the hairstylists there but I'm wondering if its taboo to even ask... what do you think?
