TW - My Time to Say Goodbye

I was always a bit hesitant to fully jump into the board but I was hoping it was just my PGAL brain getting the best of me. Unfortunately that was not the case.

We went in for a 6 1/2 week ultrasound Wednesday and they saw some sort of small sac, but no fetal pole, baby, etc. Since this was an embryo transfer they have a tight timeline on how the development should be and my HCG test came back at 10, so that was that. What really pissed me off was the first inept technician told us she saw the baby and it looked to be behind a fibroid and she was having trouble and called in someone else. I knew she had no clue, I've seen what it's supposed to look like, and of course then the more experienced tech came in and confirmed what I expected.
