@marbellie!!!! I realize this may not really go with the adorable wallpaper you guys just put up, but I had to share this with someone and I feel that you will appreciate it. SLOTH CHANGING PAD.

SLOTHS!! Ah, my favorite non-domesticated animal. Are you getting it? What's your nursery theme? Sorry for my bad memory, but I remember you saying that it's been coming along
@marbellie, I doubt I will get it because the color grey wouldn't look great in our nursery, but I mentioned in the Randoms thread that I ordered 10 free fabric swatches from this company, and I definitely ordered this sloth fabric as one of my 10 😂
I don't really know what to say is my nursery "theme" LOL. So far everything is this minty green/pale aqua color (the color of the background of the animal map I've posted), and I love it. We'll decorate with lots of animals and souvenirs from our travels around the world. Oh, and a hot air balloon mobile. Sooooo travel/animals? 😊

Oh this is just too cute! I was so very close to having a sloth theme before I went with elephants since we are calling her Ella. Adorable things like this make me rethink that. Sloths are one of my favorite animals. Sidebar - I used to go to Panama for work once every quarter, and would take the same "train tour" every single time because it would pass through areas where sloths just hung out over the tracks, almost close enough to touch. They are the cutest!
@jenferlee82, I either forgot or didn't know you were a sloth aficionado too! Your train rides in Panama sound amazing!
One of my all time favorite days in my life was last year when H and I traveled to a national park in Costa Rica and saw many sloths, but most notably, a mama three-toed sloth snuggling her baby. I felt like I was exploding from cuteness overload! I cried big fat happy tears and wanted to stay there are watch them all day. ❤ Pic in spoiler
@emily1052 I have them! I talked to DH about doing a space theme, but he wants to do a Zelda theme lol. Long story short it has to do with our last name and a phrase from the game. Its a cute idea I just need to be creative.

My kids have LOZ blankets my mom made them and I would be totally doing a LOZ or Kingdom Hearts theme if I had the money/room 😂 my two favorite games ever.
@melanier26 I saw those a few months ago! @jenferlee82 When I saw them they were on sale for, I think, $20 off. If you can wait, try to do that and see if they drop in price!
Loving all of the ideas on here!! I’m not sure how we will redecorate DS’ room to incorporate his new little sister, but we shall see. His room was a “superhero” theme (loosely based) but I only hung a homemade fabric banner and one piece of art. 🤦🏼♀️

My husband hated everything I found that matched the art print I shared earlier. We agreed on this bedding from Etsy and I will find similar girl power accessories to match. I am pretty excited for this bedding to arrive because I think it’s so cute (but it’s coming handmade from Australia so it will be a while).
@quidditchcapn1120 I love the bedding!! It reminds me of Lilly Pulitzer while not being quite so busy. Can't wait to see it all come together. I'm living vicariously through your baby rooms since we aren't doing one right away.

My DH is a huge fan of bright colors and we did look at and almost agree on a Lily Pulitzer set! We also did not do a nursery at first for DS2 so I understand the living vicariously part!
It's getting increasingly more likely that DS and DD will be sharing a room. They will be taking over Ns room which is pink/purple. DH has caved and agreed to paint but I don't know what color to do. This is the bedding we've picked for DD and the 2 that DS has. What color would you do?!
@prpl11butterfly That bedding is so cute! I really like the flowers and how arty they look.
Maybe try a light green in the sage family? It's fairly gender neutral and should help pull the green accents from both styles. And when (not if!) you find that perfect house, the color will be neutral enough for most people who are house hunting!
Ooooh @prpl11butterfly I love the bedding designs and second what @Meagan-t said. I was thinking something close to the color of the stars accent, uhhh scratch that, dinosaur footprints on DS's pillow.

@prpl11butterfly I’m a big fan of neutral wall colors. A nice “grayige” with white trim is nice. (Grayige = Gray + beige). One of my favorites is Sherwin Williams “Agreeable Gray”. Add more color with wall decorations.
I was a bit torn between green and gray actually. We want it to look like a kids room still so I was leaning more legit color then gray. This is how we have it painted now so I think a green could work without being too much (because the tan would stay as is) *rug is also a tan color
@prpl11butterfly we did a light gray wall color for DS’s nursery when we were team green and loved it. It really made all the other accent colors “pop”.

DH is painting next weekend. I was debating between Agreeable Gray and Light French Gray. We went with Light French Gray. I'm so excited to paint! The room is currently a spare room and I left the walls light purple from previous owners. We're doing Mint and Grey colors in the bedrooms. No real theme. But it won't be fully put together until after baby is here because we need the room for guests for now.
This weekend we reorganized our bedroom to make a nursery space for baby in the front. We bought a dresser on Offer Up for using also as a changing table, put down our area rug, and bought this wall mural on Etsy. We are doing a bit of an Outdoors/Adventure theme. Excited how it's starting to come together!

@marbellie - thanks! I was looking at Etsy and got overwhelmed.

They are ridiculously expensive but so darn cute.
