Re: TWW Tuesday 4/30

  • Sorry I totally ghosted yesterday - Work got nuts

    Month/Cycle: 10 / 2 AL

    CD/DPO: 21/11

    Timing: -2,-1,+1

    Typical LP length: progesterone

Testing: considering WFAF at this point

R/R: BLEH I feel very PMS-y. had some brown discharge this morning but my temp is still high. I think I might just ask my RE for betas tomorrow and Friday...

CS/Q: TMI - but would you consider a larger amount of brown discharge found during a CM/CP check as “spotting”?

  • Good morning, ladies!
@chichiphin I hope work is calmer today! I personally count discharge as spotting but I could be wrong.

    Month/Cycle: 9/8 (third cycle AL)

    CD/DPO: 33/14

Timing: 🌟 but once again it didn't matter

    Typical LP length: 12-14 days

    Testing: WFAF

R/R: I feel bloated/generally yucky, and it's nothing but rain ahead in the forecast.  Boo. But we have a teacher appreciation lunch to look forward to on Friday!

CS/Q: Nope. Temps trending down. Just want AF to show her ugly face already so we can start over. I am definitely going to bring up the multiple days of spotting to the RE.

  • @emeraldduchess sighhh you’re probably right. I need to accept that this is the beginning of the end for this cycle. I’m sorry you’re going through multiple days of spotting - def something to bring up in case you’re having E2/progesterone balance probs

  • I'm so sorry ladies. I'm on CD 1 myself, but not without a long story. **TW, Loss, LO mentioned**

On Friday morning all of my AF symptoms were here except my temp jumped back up from the temp I had the day before. I decided on a whim to test later in the day on a Wondfo (11 DPO). I saw the faintest line. So faint, that I didn't think it was real. I went out to buy some FRERs. I tested the next morning and the line was super faint. That's when I knew something wasn't right. With my DS, my FRER was undeniably positive. I decided to hold off on testing until Monday and WFAF over the weekend. AF never showed and on Monday I took another FRER. Again, it was positive, but fainter than Friday. I knew this wasn't good, but I had some early pregnancy symptoms like cramping, breast tenderness so I called my OB for blood work. Anyway, I woke up this morning to lots of cramps and bleeding. I had a chemical pregnancy. Still waiting on the blood work results, but my body made it pretty obvious as to what's going on. Needless to say, I'm really bummed out.

  • @chichiphin I have definitely suspected that my hormones could be out of whack. I used to have super-long cycles as a teen and in my early 20s. Obviously ttc was far, far from my mind so I didn't really pay attention. I'm so sorry you're feeling down and yucky. Sending hugs. 💚
@puppylove8910 I am so very sorry. Hugs to you. 💙
  • @chichiphin I recently realized my 2-3 days of brown spotting before AF didn't use to happen. It's got to be a hormone thing.

@emeraldduchess I'm over this cycle too. And I'm really over taking progesterone suppositories when I clearly don't need them. I'm curious about your RE's response to the spotting... keep us posted.

    @puppylove8910 I'm so sorry. Sending hugs. <3

    Month/Cycle: 19

    CD/DPO: 13dpiui

    Timing: High

    Typical LP length: 12 days

Testing: BFN yesterday so waiting on betas tomorrow. Whomp whomp.

R/R: I ended up WFH yesterday and it was so nice! Now I'm really not looking forward to going in today.

    CS/Q: Nope
  • It is Tuesday right? I can't stand another Monday, lol.

@chichiphin - I count any discharge that's brown as spotting.

@emeraldduchess - Sorry about the temp drop and then AF holding out. It's such a teaser.

@puppylove8910 - I'm so so sorry. I had a CP (at 4w6d) in January and a loss is a loss no matter how early.

    Month/Cycle: 12/12

    CD/DPO: 18/3

    Timing: EOD

    Typical LP length: 12

    Testing: 10dpo

R/R: I have my OB appointment today! Hopefully I can get them to order progesterone testing and CD3 full workup. My lab is open on Saturdays, so I should be able to get it done 7dpo, if they order it for me today.

    CS/Q:

  • @marebear15 I didn’t realize it said Monday 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤣. Changing now!
  • @ruby696 I'm glad you got to WFH yesterday, but I hate that you have a bfn. It sucks most of us in the tww are trending that way...
@marebear15 I hope your OB is receptive! Push them on that testing!
@puppylove8910 I'm so sorry - be kind to yourself today

  • @emeraldduchess Boo rain, yay appreciation!

@chichiphin Sorry you're feeling PMSy =/. I hope you can get the betas when you want.

@puppylove8910 Sorry for your loss. =/

    @marebear15 It's Tuesday! Don't worry!

@ruby696 Glad you got toe WFH yesterday! Just think of today as Monday since you didn't have to go in yesterday even though you WFH--then, it'll be like a short week!

    Month/Cycle: 7/3AL

    CD/DPO: 16

    Timing: (if I O'd CD14, like I think) -3, -1, 0. If not, I'll recalculate once I get CHs

Typical LP length: on avg., 16 days

    Testing: idk

R/R: Pretty sure, despite lack of crosshairs, I go here now! I keep waking up, like, 1.5-2 hours before I have to temp, tossing & turning, & then finally falling back asleep, hence the "rocky mountains." I've been blaming the dog, but today I realized it's actually just me/my stress about TTC. Not sure what to do about it. / Today is the last week of classes! (<3teaching college<3). I still have a lot of grading to get through sooner rather than later & then more during finals week, but--the homestretch is here!

    CS/Q:

  • @marebear15 Good luck at your appointment today - I hope they give you all the tests!

@chichiphin Thanks friend. I'm looking forward to starting a new cycle minus meds, and letting my body get back to normal. MH wants to NTNP for a couple months before we throw in the towel, so I guess I'm doing that now?

@kagesstarshroom Welcome! Only one week left - you can do it!
  • @ruby696 Thanks!  :# I like the idea for you to NTNP for a while! <3
  • @PuppyLove8910:  I'm so sorry.  Hugs to you.

@kagesstarshroom:  I'm with you - pretty sure I go here, but since I was laying low this cycle, I don't really know.  :)  Woohoo for the home stretch!!

@ruby696:  so sorry for the BFN

@marebear15: ha ha...yeah, no more Mondays, please!

@chichiphin:  along with others...yes, I'd count that as spotting.  Could it be due to over-aggressive CP checking?

    Month/Cycle:   11/9

    CD/DPO: 19/not sure

    Timing:  not sure

    Typical LP length:  14 days

Testing: I have a progresterone draw due on CD21, either way (O or no-O), I have low expectations and will wait for AF this cycle.

R/R:  the weather has been so nice and I've been able to get some time in my flowerbeds in the evenings.  yay!

CS/Q:  No chart to see here.  I did take a few OPKs this cycle, but they've kind of been all over the place, so I'm honestly just disregarding them.  We got in a few BDs, but nothing anywhere near "HIO" frequency.  So, expectations are low.  But I'm reordering more OPKs, getting BBT replacement battery, and gearing up for next cycle!

  • @kagesstarshroom wahoo for the home stretch! You're almost done with grading haha

@ruby696 are you okay with that? would you pursue other alternatives? Sorry if I'm prying.

@lcking82 I don't think so, as I only started CP checking last night/this morning... I think it's AF knocking with progesterone trying it's damnedest to keep it at bay

I got a beta draw schedule for tmrw morning to cut thru the ambiguity **tw** loss:
my FRERs are still baseline with a faint line from when I know 100% I still had a beta of 15 from my loss, so I just need a number at this point instead of comparing a bunch of faint lines (although they seem to be getting lighter and lighter). hoping for clarity one way or the other over the next day or so.

@chichiphin I don't really know how I feel. If I'm being honest, I'm not really a NTNP person. I'm either 100% trying or not. So if we do "NTNP," I think MH will be doing it and I will be peeing on OPK's when he's not home. I'm not sure how much my RE's dim outlook on my chances are affecting my thought process - is there really no point or is it possible to get a good egg eventually with DOR? No idea. So I think breaking up with my RE and letting my body get back to normal is the best thing for me, whether we're NTNP or not.

ETA: I'm glad you're getting betas done. I'm also convinced that FRER's have gotten crappy and they all have a grayish squinty line even when they're negative.
  • @chichiphin Sorry you’re still feeling PMS-y. I do consider brown discharge to be spotting. Hope you get some answers with your beta.

@emeraldduchess Sorry you feel bloated and yucky. I’m in the same boat just ready to start with the new cycle already..

@puppylove8910 Hugs  <3 So sorry for your loss

@ruby696 So sorry for all you’re going through. NTNP sounds like a good idea for your body and your mind. Have you gotten a 2nd opinion from a different RE?

@marebear15 Hope you are able to get the testing done.

@kagesstarshroom Woohoo to classes almost being done!

@lcking82 Glad you’ve been able to get some gardening in!

R/R:  I have a meeting with my counselor this afternoon, but other than that no plans! Sooo looking forward to a relaxing day. If the weather is nice enough I’ll open the windows and start some spring cleaning. I’m so happy tomorrow is May.. summer is just around the corner!

R/R: Well, I have had ovulation cramps the past 3 months, which is what I am loosely basing my O date on this time around, since I dont temp/use OPK.

I fell off my diet the past few days, but I think I will make some date paste to help feed the sugar beast.

  • @ruby696 I'm right there with you. If MH wanted to do NTNP I'd still be sneaking opk's and monitoring CM. I also agree with FRERs and their shitty evap/shadow lines.
@bobbyflies2020 hope you can get back on the diet!

CS/Q: my messiest chart yet.  i've been fortunate the past 5 cycles + previous cycles to get a solid temp shift and CH, and it hasn't happened this cycle.  pretty sure i've O'd...
