R/R: It's a beautiful day! I slept like a rock so I'm happy about that. I have a busy day at work ahead of me but thankfully I have caffeine
CS/Q: Finally got a high on my advanced OPK! I've been using my cheapies too as an experiment to see how they align. Last month I had the same high and peak days. I can't keep up with the expensive OPKs once these run out!
Edit: Removed some things from my WAYDTGKU because I'm second guessing some things and didn't include them in my arsenal this cycle!

R/R: ended up not doing any laundry yesterday. Instead we checked out the new ikea that opened up near us and spent way too much money. We got a new comforter and duvet that I love. The comforter is a nice heavy weight that I slept like a rock. So worth it lol.

WAYDTGKU: Haven't been doing so good on these, but this is what I strive for: BBT, CM, PNV, baby aspirin, B6, B-complex, no caffeine or alcohol, HIO
R/R: Finally got a good night's sleep last night, even though DH had to work late. He's home tonight, so hopefully we'll be able to have a family night!
CS/Q: Forgot again this morning to take my temp. At this rate, FF's not going to be able to give me CHs.

@kbrown2385 - Glad you slept well too. I've never been in an IKEA, but I hear so much about them. Happy shopping!
@inthewoods23 - I must have missed it, but where are you traveling and is it for work?
@kbrown2385 Ikea is the bomb! Love that place! I think the least amount we've spent out of the few times we've shopping there was like $500 😱. It was just supposed to be me getting a desk and chair but then DH wanted it too since his desk is old and his chair is horribly uncomfortable.
At least everything we've bought has been great in our house. Although the Besta TV stand that we wall mounted nearly fell off.... Still need to patch up the wall before we try something else to make sure it's secured to the studs.

@marebear15 Enjoy your family night!
@inthewoods23 Any change in hormones can mess w/ your skin for sure, I think. Moving messed with mine! It took me forever when we moved down here to get in the right skin routine--like, which facewash, toner, and moisturizer to use. do you have one and it's just not working bc of the hormone shift probably? Also, I always overpack.
@brookert615 I've never seen CBD on someone's WAYD... list--what are the benefits there? MH uses it sometimes, so we've got some around.

R/R: no rants except DH hasn't been sleeping well & I feel bad. But a rave: He texted me this morning to "watch out for the spider web!" as this spider has decided once again to make a huge web on our front porch. We get so many bad bugs, & he says it's not a poison spider, so we're gonna let it do its thing. I totally forgot yesterday was my dept's awards ceremony until like halfway thru the day, but we went & I received my teaching award. The guy that announced me is a total goofball & talked the longest of any presenter and by the end I was thoroughly embarrassed, but in a good way because he raved a lot about my teaching.
CS/Q: Thrilling stuff:
@inthewoods23 BCP always helped acne for me but I could totally see it having the opposite effect for others

@kagesstarshroom congrats on the award! that’s so fun!
@kagesstarshroom - Congratulations on your teaching award! That's awesome!
@bows22 the beginning of a cycle is always the worst. It’s ok to feel down.
@brookert615 that’s so interesting. I was wondering what it was so I’m glad someone asked! Every time I see you post it though I’m thrown off cause they are my initials lol
@kagesstarshroom such a love/hate relationship with spiders. I mean, I love them keeping the insect population in check, but they are still creepy. We have brown recluses here so I’m over here all “kill all the spiders!” I don’t want to take the 30 seconds to figure out what kind it is and risk it escaping lol

CS/Q: just two little dots. Not much going on yet.
@kagesstarshroom It is kind of crazy. I'm finding out a lot of things I was taking for this or that ended up being beneficial for TTC!

@brookert615 I could spend so much money there! I told dh it’s good we don’t own a house or I’d be redoing every room.
@kagesstarshroom yeah it wasn’t down too long but long enough to annoy me lol. Congratulations on the award!
@bows22 sorry for af’s arrival.
@marebear15 glad you got some good sleep too! I wouldn’t recommend going to ikea unless you want to buy things you probably don’t need haha.

R/R: Another beautiful day! Going to try to take as many breaks as I can to get outside in the sunshine. Yesterday I had an iced latte waaaay too late in the day and had a hard time sleeping last night. When will I learn? Also, somehow forgot to temp this morning.
CS/Q: nope

@kagesstarshroom - love your spider understanding!

WAYDTGKU: OPK, CP, BBT, RLT, HIO
R/R: so grateful that my OPK isn't positive yet as I've been away from DH. CP and CM optimal though so hopefully will be tomorrow. DH and I are driving ALL NIGHT tonight (10 hrs) for my grandmother's 95 birthday and semi-family reunion. It will be nice, but super exhausting. Another "vacation" that is not a vacation! Biggest victory so far is that I dug an EZPass which probably hasn't been used for 5 years, updated it, and apparently it still has money on it
CS/Q: missed a temp yesterday and will again tomorrow bc of the drive, oh well.

WAYDTGKU: all the things...... this is my second cycle using the Ava I bought off FB marketplace. Pretty neat little thing. Checking CM/CP, using OPKs, recently added a vitamin B complex in addition the the prenatal I take.
R/R: *I have Hashimoto's, moved from Florida to the UK six months ago* A week ago it clicked that my luteal phase is too short. Like 8 days long too short. I went down the google rabbit hole and panicked. We already had planned a trip back to Florida (got back on Saturday) for a wedding and my brother's graduation, so I called the OB who saw me with my first pregnancy. They were able to get me in on Monday. Surprise! She was stuck in surgery so I saw another OB who I never met. I was a ball of nerves. The OB looked at me like I had 19 heads when I explained to her that based on my OPKs & temps, I am ovulating on CD 21 and my LP is 8-9 days long. I happened to be on CD 3 so she did some blood work. I am at a loss at what to do and I am upset at the outcome of the meeting with the doctor. I feel like I identified the problem (either ovulating too late or LP needs to be longer).... why couldn't the doctor give me a solution to that? I know that this is probably me being hasty so I feel a little crazy/all over the place. Blah.
CS/Q: None... only a couple of little dots so far

CS/Q: Chart is super weird & ugly this cycle. Thought I would have ovulated yesterday but no high temps today. Hoping I can accurately track it the next few days with several changes in time zones.
