I haven't, but my sister did and she altered her diet to be ultra low fat which seemed to help prevent attacks (although not entirely). Sorry you're dealing with that, it sounded awful
I did with my first. Definitely start on a low fat diet ASAP. That greatly reduced the horrible attacks. Also as soon as the attacks start start chugging water, lay down on your left side, and kind of rock back and forth. MY Dr told me that sometimes that can help the unlodge the stone or move the sludge out of the way to reduce the length of the attack.
They diagnosed me in 3rd tri when we just passed the safe surgery time frame. It sucked as the attacked progressively got longer and worse but thankfully they were less frequent with the diet.
I had mine taken out 2 months after my LO was born. Best thing ever. Very easy recovery for me and didn't interfere with BFing at all.
