New to Femara

I've done a few months worth of clomid  when I was seeing a specialist in another state. After moving we decided to just use an Obgyn until we decide to move to IUIs. My new doctor suggested Femara because it's been having a better success rate for women with PCOS. Is this true? If so I'm a little upset my other doctor didn't try that. I start 5mg of Femara tomorrow (cycle day 5). They did an ultrasound and said I have a lot of follicles already and a couple a decent sized ones. Which is wonderful new in my opinion. I'm just new to this drug and trying to do my research on it. But any advice and/or knowledge would be appreciated!
