Any upcoming appointments, milestones, loss anniversaries, EDDs? My loss milestone is still three weeks away, and this is when things started to go awry last time. So I'm just living on pins and needles. My next appt is 4/23 and I have been counting down.

Current mood? It fluctuates. No real relief will come for a few more months, but that’s just how it goes with me

My step father’s sister’s house was so gross that there were cockroaches living inside the oven and stove glass cover. They were everywhere. I still want to throw up just thinking about it

Any upcoming appointments, milestones, loss anniversaries, EDDs? Had our 16 week appointment this morning. Everything looks good. Just realized last night that our EDD from our first loss is coming up at the end of May. I feel guilty that I “forgot” temporarily.

My company pushes updates to our computers frequently. This week they pushed an Excel update that won’t allow me to open a very important spreadsheet.... I’ve been on the phone with the help desk for 45 minutes trying to get it fixed. 🤬

I have a “severe localized reaction” to fire ant bites. Which mean if I get bit (it’s usually on my foot) the entire area swells up A LOT and I’m in pain for at least 2 weeks. They don’t have fire ants in Colorado (where I grew up) so this came as a huge (literally) surprise the first time I got bit while living in Texas. 😢
@cmbt2 Ugh, that's awful. Those cockroaches are nasty...
@emily1052 I'm sure the first time was scary! And it's so hard to avoid them when your in sandles all summer! Happy birthday!!

I hate spiders. Esp jumping ones. I have no idea why they get me more then others. So, one day in HS, 1 jumped onto my lunch table. I started hyperventilating and nearly passed out. Thank goodness a friend realized what was happening and pulled me away through my stupor.
Current mood? Ok. I’m about at the end of my progesterone suppositories and my RE said take through week 13, so I’m passed that, but can’t help feel nervous that stopping could lead to a bad outcome. PGAL brain just makes me so paranoid.

Rants/Raves/Dear Diary? I think I’ve started to feel some flutters in bed at night/morning. I told my peer team at work today and am telling my employees tomorrow. A bit nervous about being out, but can’t put it off much longer.

We got these box elder bugs at the apartment I had in college and there wasn’t anything you could really do to keep them out or away so my roommate and I would have to regularly go around with tissues and squish them. They were harmless and easy to kill so it wasn’t too bad.

@cmbt2 did you buy a home doppler? I'm considering but I'm already crazy enough w/ PGAL brain that I think it might be just one more thing to obsess over if I can't find the heartbeat.
@mrsinterweb but also think of how awesome it'll be to stop those suppositories... no more goop. once i stopped I never looked back!

Any upcoming appointments, milestones, loss anniversaries, EDDs? Finally had my OB appointment yesterday. It’s always nice to hear the heartbeat. My next appointment is my 20 week anatomy scan!!! Can’t believe I’ll be half way in 4 weeks!!
Rants/Raves/Dear Diary? My dearest friend is 27 weeks and is hospitalized for 7 weeks. I won’t get into details, but I hope her and the little jelly bean make it. She’s a strong lady. I just pray everything will be okay.
GTKY: Despite my protest, the bugs are coming out with Spring. What's your worst bug related story? When I was a little girl, I got a brand new Barbie. We were driving home and all of a sudden, I noticed a spider on her. Then another, and another... I started to freak out and I looked down, the spiders were climbing up my leg!! I decided to stick her out the car window (hoping the wind would catch the spiders and blow them off) instead, it knocked the Barbie right out of my hands and into the road. My mom wouldn’t stop, or pull over to get it.
Thank you. She’s in my home town state “Ohio”
I moved to Texas 3 years ago, so it’s really hard for me, not being able to be there for her.
