Irregular gestational sac @ 4w should I be concerned?

I was diagnosed with moderate OHSS today which I suspected. What I didn’t expect was they said the gestational sac is “irregular” but the Dr said it so early (4 weeks) that I shouldn’t worry. But of course, I AM!!! Does anyone know what this means? I’m being closely monitored so I go back Friday. I’m now super concerned about the baby more so then me 😰

It's honestly too early to tell. I believe 4 weeks is the earliest you can see the gestational sac on ultrasound so it's very likely it's just big enough to be seen, yet small enough that it can seem "irregular". This one is going to have to take time, I know waiting kinda sucks this early, but right now you're pregnant. You'll know more on Friday - either it's still irregular and they'll tell you if it means anything, or it has grown to look normal.
