Good morning, ladies! Up and out super early this month for a mini workshop that starts at 7:30.
Month/Cycle: 9/8 (third cycle AL)
CD: 12
WAYDTGKU: Prenatal vitamins, Fertility Friend, temping, OPKs, fertility tea, cutting down on alcohol, keeping up with exercise
R/R: I got a great review from my boss yesterday, AND a sweet email from a parent just saying thank you for all I do for my students. Two bright spots in an otherwise blah Monday.
CS/Q: Both OPKs I took yesterday looked pretty darn positive (I recorded them as +), but no other signs of O. I have had more than 1 surge in a month before, so this isn't totally new. I am just hoping O happens before CD20 this month.
R/R: Well, I got an 11 day LP, which was better than the last bunch of cycles... meetings when I get to work and after work. Tomorrow is the last day of the marking period, so I’m sure I’ll get plenty of late stuff turned in. Luckily we’ve been having better days.
CS/Q: nothing to see
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@emeraldduxhess I hope it’s a good workshop! @bows22 Have fun hogging the bed! I steal all of the pillows when DH is gone two nights a week.

@bows22 Enjoy the bed! I don't think I would sleep well without my hubby at home. I enjoy hogging the bed when he leaves for work early, but I don't like spending nights apart from him (I DO NOT miss him working on night shift). @NYTino24 I just hog the covers in general @emeraldduchess Awww! Don't you just love uplifting emails/messages?
Me: 38 DH:38. Dating Anniversary: 1999. Marriage Anniversary: 2001. TTC #1 since 3/2019
@emeraldduchess - that's awesome about your good review and the parents' note!
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD: 18...I think I still go here, expecting to O by tomorrow?
WAYDTGKU: clomid, ovia, opk's, prenatals, preseed sometimes
R/R: I've determined that I've basically screwed myself over by tracking days and taking OPK's and trying to figure out my FW because all it's doing is getting in SO's head and making FW stressful and not successful. I think even the knowledge that I'm taking Clomid each month is stressful to him (but like...if I don't I might not O or might O way too late for anything to happen sooooooo...). I'm planning to stop tracking and just do EOD (if possible) next month but I'm worried no amount of dialing it back will help. I need to take deep breaths and go to yoga and meditate.
@emeraldduchess Congrats on all the positive feedback! You should be really proud! @bows22 Enjoy having the place to yourself! @NYTino24 Sorry for CD1, but woohoo to an 11 day LP! @whitealbum29 I hear you on the TTC stress. It’s great if you can find some ways to relax/cope during all this. I find yoga really helpful and I’m working on meditating, although I have a bit of trouble turning off my mind. I also started journaling a bit to help process all the feelings.
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD: 5
WAYDTGKU: Ava, CM, OPK, SMEPish, Acupuncture
R/R: Today I’m going wedding dress shopping with my SIL! I’m so happy for her and can’t wait to see her try on dresses!
CS/Q: nope
Me: 35 DH: 35 TTC since 9/2018
Dx: MFI 10/19- First RE visit 2/20- DH had surgery for bilateral varicoceles 7/20- IUI with 5 mg letrozole- BFN 9/20- IVF. 9 eggs retrieved, 9 mature, 8 fertilized with ICSI, 7 blasts, 4 PGT-A normal 11/20- Mock transfer/ERA 12/20- FET #1- transferred one 4AB- BFN 3/21- FET #2- transferred one 3AB- BFP! Due Dec 2021 12/21- Baby girl born!
R/R: I have to do my performance evaluation for my annual review. I'm excited for my review (pay increase), but not excited to put together the eval. I hate talking myself up. It seems so phony.
@misshelen86 - ooh have a good time wedding dress shopping! What a fun day!
@ruby696 - Yeah I've thought of that...I think I'm just not good at hiding the fact that we're in the FW maybe? We're so close that maybe I just transmit the energy to him hahah. Even without taking OPK's I'll probably have at least a sense of the days next month, from CM for one thing, but maybe not testing will help me to relax, keep me from feeling like I have information to give him re: the days, and will create a more relaxed atmosphere. This morning I just got upset that maybe I've created this bad environment for it when I was just trying to help us! Deep breaths. thank you!!
@misshelen86 enjoy dress shopping! That sounds so fun!
@ruby696 I despise filling out my performance review. I think I’m pretty wonderful hahaha but I never know how much to say and for some reason it’s awkward thinking about my boss reading it.
@bows22 I think I'm pretty awesome too, but I get anxiety wondering what other people say in their evals. Last year was my first year where I'm at and my boss was surprised by the depth of my eval (which I did the same way I was required to do then at my last employer). So now I wonder of I talk too much about how great I am? That kind of embarrassing...
@ruby696 oh yes that would be especially hard at a newer job. But even if you said “too much” it probably looks good that you put so much thought/effort into it. I’ve been at the same place for 13 years and I think I write less every year...
I am so late today! Tried to send this out but got caught up at work..
@emeraldduchess congrats on being recognized at work @bows22 parking in the middle lol! @NYTino24 sorry about CD1 glad the LP is longer this cycle! @whitealbum29 sorry about the stress TTC caused for YH and you... last cycle I was trying to do EOD starting from CD10, but am also afraid about when to stop, so I ended up doing OPK again @misshelen86 hope you are having fun shopping with your SIL! @spacemountaineer hope the weather gets better & you can sleep better tonight!
Month/Cycle: 14/14
CD: 11
WAYDTGKU: OPK, BBT, PNV, HIO EOD
R/R: Rant: Had a dream about being pregnant last night... I was like "why is my belly so flat at 3 months?" and then woke up lol... feeling kinda down because in real life I am still TTC & will miss FW this month due to travel.

@NYTino24 Fx the longer LP does the trick this month.
