hey ladies!
I haven’t seen a thread for this yet and I’m hoping it’s ok for me to go ahead and start one.
I know many many of us are just now beginning to be tested for GD so I wanted to start this thread for those of us that have been diagnosed with it to be able to help support each other through this. Also would you like to have this posted weekly or monthly?
so here’s some questions, feel free to add any you may have as well.
How are you feeling?
did your diagnosis surprise you?
how are you planning on managing your GD?
Did you ob refer you to see a specialist?
Other questions/ concerns?

did your diagnosis surprise you? Yes and no. I went undiagnosed with it in my last pregnancy until I delivered and I’ve heard people are repeat offenders when it comes to GD, so I wasn’t too surprised.
how are you planning on managing your GD? I’m not really sure. Honestly I haven’t looked much into it and plan to really research ways to help manage it.

Other questions/ concerns? What resources do you recommend to learn more about GD if you’ve been through it before?
