this happened to me with kohl’s version of knock off uggs, to the point that I finally caved three years ago and got real ones 🤣

There are so many posts I couldn’t keep track of which ones I’d read! Hopefully this did the trick!
Ok time for the confession #2:
I have loved my clinic. They have been absolutely great so far, but they released my results automatically on a Sunday. I then spent the rest of the day freaking out, convinced I had a uti. I waited until 2 on Monday when I couldn’t stand it anymore and called them. The nurse I talked to wasn’t overly helpful and just said the doctor has looked at everything and it looks fine. Another nurse called later, unaware that I called in freaking out and gave me much more detail as to why even though my ranges weren’t considered normal, everything looked fine.
Im trying to be relaxed about the whole pregnancy, but it’s hard!
Someone on here did suggest the book expecting better and that did help a bit!

@stephanie123456 I'm cautiously excited! I know they say it can be contaminated by male presence but really, is that even possible. It's not their blood that's being tested! I don't get it. I'm in the medical field and educated so I'm not sure how much I believe it. Maybe I need to do more research to understand how that's possible but I'm gonna go with it. With that being said, I'll be saving all my receipts until we get ultrasound confirmation!!
Also, if they're wrong they will refund you.
Was it hard? How much blood did you need for the test?

I don't think I'd call it "hard" but it was a pain in the butt to get enough blood. You need 0.5 mL. My advice is make sure to push hard when you stick your finger. They give you 3 lancets to use, but I was able to do it with one. I thought I was going to need a 2nd one, but got just enough.

The even bigger confession is we likely have more children, so I really don't need to be too concerned about not using my grandpa's name on THIS baby.... except for the fact that I have cousins of child-bearing age who I imagine are thinking the same thing, and I wanted to do it first! So my confession is I'm selfish and want to be the first person to use Grandpa's name.

The tech who did the scan said she didn’t see the start of a scrotum like she normally does for boys at this stage. I’m hoping that gets him off my back and can buy me time to convince him not to find out 🙈

(That being said since this is your 3rd go-round, maybe your H needs to be the one to compromise this time!)
I hope your pie was delicious!

Actually, after this rant I’m kind of hoping it’s a girl, just because I’m petty. 😋
