Hey everyone. I don't feel like I'm overeating just eating when I'm hungry and it's not large amounts. I have been keeping somewhat of an eye on my weight but not restricting myself either. I just went to my 12 week check with ob and on the bottom of AVS it says I've gained 7 lbs since pregnancy. I feel like that's way too much! What can I do? Anyone else worried? What do others do to keep this down? First time pregnant so this is all brand new and nerve-wracking. Thanks!

It is not uncommon at all to gain 7 pounds in the first trimester. In my opinion, the important thing is to follow what your body needs, and just try not to go absolutely crazy to where you could experience health problems for you or baby.
Probably not the best advice but I don’t really care what the docs say about my weight unless there was a serious issue or something. I gained 47 lbs with both kids 🤷♀️ Sorry I’m pregnant and eat what and when I want.
