1st Trimester

Extremely uncomfortable at 8 weeks 2 days, I need help! Please.

I cannot find relief. I just found out about a week or 2 ago and can’t find relief.
I had mood swings that were so up and down at 3/5 weeks, I have gigantic boobs, I wake up with severe headaches/migraines that last into the day, I’m extremely nauseas since 7 weeks, I have zero cravings, and can’t seem to find relief in food.
I cant sleep because of gas and indegestion, and I’m exhausted. Slight cramping (which I read is normal -no bleeding or anything)
I cant find the strength to do anything, I have my first doctors appointment this Wednesday.. I have not started talking pre-Natals and I’m so uncomfortable. I feel like I’m slowly deteriorating.

Please tell me it gets better? What did you do to relieve this uncomfortable feeling relieved.

Help me please.

  • Also all thoughts of food and smells make me so sick.

All that sounds pretty normal. Talk to your doctor about what medication you can take to help relieve some of your symptoms. Eventually most of those will lessen, but eventually they will be replaced by others. They are all temporary though, and well worth it. Try to find a prenatal you can tolerate and having the right vitamins might help you feel more normal. Good luck.

  • Thank you so much, I guess you are right. I’ve heard of people going through this. I’ve just never been through it myself.

My doctors appointment is tomorrow and I ordered a pre-natal vitamin today.

Today was the the first day I’ve felt someone okay, with the help of nausea meds!

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I would’ve felt so alone if no one said anything lol.
  • You might want to join your birth month board. There will be many other women at the same stage of pregnancy and often going through the same issues as you.
