@emeraldcity1214 I'm right there with you; this Thursday is POAS day. I'm already feeling crampy so I don't think this was our lucky month. Fx for you.
@char245 Yes, we're doing another full cycle. I'm on the patch now, and if we didn't get super lucky this month, stims start on day 2. How about you? I can't remember if you had embryos to freeze....
@bakerstreetboys very exciting!! FX that this is your cycle! AFM we didn’t have any to freeze so we are trying to decide what to do next. We have a meeting with our RE on the 8th but she goes on maternity leave in April so we probably won’t start anything until she is back.
@char245 right, sorry I’m remember now. I hope your meeting goes well and that they can give you next steps. How long is her leave? @emeraldcity1214 Yes, let’s aim to be in the November BMB together 😊
@bakerstreetboys she will be out for two months. They have other docs I could work with but I don’t trust them since they were the ones who made the decisions when I ovulated before they could retrieve any eggs.
Well, I got too impatient after my temp rise this morning and curiosity got the best of me. I was kicking myself for not waiting and I felt sick to my stomach. Then I saw the second line. I got a BFP 😭😭😭
@emeraldcity1214 I know it's so hard to have hope. I'm hoping so hard for you that this is it, and while 1st tri will be stressful, FX you sail through it without any issues. You can always PM me if you need to talk.
@emeraldcity1214 what works for me is just daily reminders that today you are pregnant. I’m keeping my fingers crossed this is it for you and you have the most boring 9 months.
@emeraldcity1214 Yay, congratulations! I was hoping this was your month, your chart was awesome! I will be checking in to see how you're doing on your BMB I totally get that you're scared, that's the natural reaction to being pregnant after a loss. I will be crossing my fingers and toes that you have an uneventful 9 months
AFM we met with our RE today and have lots of options/decisions to make. She’ll be out until June so we are just considering our options and trying things on our own until then. However, I’m not tracking anything during these few months as a way to give myself a “break”.
@char245 I'm glad to hear you have some options. I also think skipping tracking for a few cycles will be great for your mental health. FX you get lucky and if not, that you have a solid plan in place when your RE returns!
@char245 A break sounds great! Did she discuss different protocols with you? Hopefully you're well rested and ready to go again with a new plan in June
@mackorori Hey Yes, I'm already on the patch, and stims start on day 2. We were told we could try this month, but we knew it wasn't likely to happen. How are you? Are you doing another cycle?
@bakerstreetboys nice, all the best luck for a great cycle. Are you going to do a fresh transfer or freezing? We’re doing FET, I’m currently on BCP and Lupron and if all goes well we’re tentative April 4th. I’m excited but scared at the same time since we only have the one embryo...
@bakerstreetboys we have three options. 1. Try another round with my eggs and the PGS testing again. 2. Try with donor eggs. 3. Try with an adopted embryo. Our RE sounded pretty optimistic about us using my eggs again but it’s just very expensive to keep going through this, not to mention the physical and emotional toll, which all of you know. So we are weighing all of those options while she’s out. So we probably won’t start any of those until June or July.
@mackorori I know exactly how you feel, it's both exciting and terrifying. We only have one frozen embryo and it isn't great quality, so that's why we're doing another fresh cycle. They only expect to get maybe two eggs though, so we'll most likely thaw the frozen one and put it in with a fresh. It will depend on how may we get, and how many fertilize. My AFC was only five, so we know we're not going to get any extras with this cycle. I will have my fingers crossed for you and would love to see a great update from your FET!
@char245 Yes, the toll is heavy for sure, but it sounds like your RE is optimistic, which is great. You sister used an adopted embryo successfully, right? Enjoy your break, it will be so nice not to worry about things for a couple of months
Re: March TWW
@bakerstreetboys I can’t remember, are you doing another IVF cycle?

@char245 glad you have a plan of action. A break sounds nice, this process can be so stressful.
