Anyone ever get pg right after getting off the pill?

I got off of my bc on January 20th and what I’m assuming was period on January 24th, then I took a test last week, positive 4 days in a row. Doctor confirmed. Whoa that was super fast. Of course I’m stressing about it being so early and unsure of dates! Anyone have something similar happen?

Not exactly the same, but when I had a MC in 11/15 I got pregnant on my very next cycle. We had to use the date of my D&C for LMP! It's a surprise, but certainly not unheard of. The due date is always just an estimate anyway, and your first scans should help to confirm or adjust the EDD based on fetal development. Congratulations!

I’ve had my first prenatal but ultrasound is next week to determine dates! Thank you:)

Congrats boymama1186! I did too! Took my last pill on 5 Jan, had a really long cycle and several BFNs up to mid February. I thought my hormones were just out of whack after the pill, was just hoping for my AF to come and even scheduled tests to check there wasn't something affecting my ovulation. And... just found out yesterday I am pregnant! But the doctor said my hcg levels are low (240) so I've to go back in for another hcg test. *Fingers crossed*
