6 weeks pregnant but no fetal pole

I had my first ultrasound yesterday, and the Dr said there is a ges sac and the yolk sac but no fetal pole. So she asked to come again after a week. I am freaking out as I already had a m/c with my previous preganacy. I am afraid to loose this again.Does anyone had case like mine.
