Natural birth at Albany Medical Center?

Wondering if anyone has pursued natural childbirth at AMC? Where the staff supportive? Did they require certain interventions (IV, constant monitoring, no food, delivery on back)? What natural tools did they have available? 

Any thoughts/feedback appreciated.

    Have you tried contacting them with these questions?  Or asked your OB if they deliver there and if so, could they provide answers?

    Of course - their answers were vague. I'm going to have another, far more frank conversation with the Dr at my next appointment but wanted to know what others have experienced.
