Who/what is a Twat Waffle in your life today?

Today, it's my own body. I'm nervous when I do cramp, I'm nervous when I don't cramp. Is there something wrong because I don't have any morning sickness yet? You know what, my brain might be the twat waffle.

Also, my cats are being dicks.

@elle-0409, I so feel you. All my symptoms from last week have seemingly disappeared, and it's a mindf*ck. 

My TW is winter: after 15ish cumulative inches of snow and a polar vortex with windchills of negative 50 degrees, Winter is now gracing us with half an inch of ice today. GTFO! I need spring!!

I agree that this whole experience so far is a complete and total mindf*ck. One of my most noticeable systems is sore nipples, but I was afraid that they weren't quite as sore yesterday, so I started poking at them in the car and realized that everyone can see me and I should really stop doing that next to a school bus. #biology

LOL! My sore nipples haven't made an appearance yet, and neither has morning sickness. But today was the first day I've been slightly nauseous in the afternoon. Wonder if that's a sign or I just need to snack more after lunch

My TW is my back. I’m too paranoid to go see the chiropractor before 12 weeks, and my back is already starting to bother me something major 😪

Erg, my TW today is an individual who works for my company who recently got transferred onto my team. I dislike her and while her "transition" to being in the same role as me is in no way a promotion (it's more like a demotion because she previously was a manager and now she's an internal auditor), it still irks me because it feels like she's just being retained because she's in good with senior management. I'll put the rest in a spoiler since it's long and I'm rambling and hungry and had to pee.

I know this is so far in advance, but it worries me now there's "two of me" in my department and my company already laid off a dozen people at the end of last year, that in the sake of efficiency, when I go on maternity leave, my job *may* not be there when I come back (because I definitely have to go back to work since I'm the breadwinner for my family). This is more than likely not going to happen, because I do more detailed work and this person only does a certain aspect of our audit work, but still. Also, she works from home in Texas while I'm at the corporate HQ in CA and it wouldn't make sense because the person who does the detailed audits needs to be where the action is/where my manager is. Thanks for listening to the rant. I just don't really like this woman because we didn't have the greatest first impressions of each other and everything that has happened in the almost two years since I've been with this employer has just not made it better.

I also have a TP to our builder and his realtor for refusal to answer questions. We’re supposed to have our walkthrough next Friday, but they 1) won’t give us the time or 2) confirm that closing should be 1-2 weeks later

You ladies make me LOL. My TW of the day is my dear sweet 10 year old daughter. This pre-puberty is no joke! Attitude, attitude everywhere!

@stephanie123456 They can't get rid of you while you're on maternity leave, right? Unless you fall into a greater group of job eliminations. Sounds like you're safe at least b/c you're at HQ. Face time means a lot when you're being compared to someone doing the same job. But, ugh, I am sorry. I am in a little bit of a similar boat... last year my supervisors hired someone with way less experience than me and gave her my same title. Umm, excuse me?! So mad. At least now they've seen their error and have said a promotion is coming for me. I just hope they can get it in the works before I tell them this bean is on the way. Things get held up in HR forever it seems.
