When is your next appointment: I had my first appointment this morning! Scheduled for my first ultrasound on Thursday. 2/21
Feelings about the appointment: Super nervous but also Ready to have that first ultrasound done! & praying for a healthy little baby!
*TW* I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in October ‘18 being back at the office today brought back some feelings of sadness. when I was asked about what happened I got emotional. So I know I’ll be a little more at ease once I see a heart beat Thursday but I feel like I’m going to have that feeling of uncertainty this whole pregnancy which I wish I could push away. I feel like my doctor could tell I was very stand offish when she came in & said “congratulations you’re pregnant”. She asked how I was feeling & I told her I was very nervous & just praying for a healthy baby. So she basically rushed my ultrasound which I’m super thankful for.
@emily1052 I am sorry you ever had to go through any of
those things. How crushing and horrific! I hope your new doctor is everything
your last one wasn’t!
@jhsoontobe3 I hope you have the best possible outcome at your appointment tomorrow.
How far along are you: 6 weeks
When is your next appointment: I had my fist today. My next
one will be March 15 at 10 weeks. I won’t be doing a dating ultrasound.
Feelings about the appointment: I so hope we can
hear the heartbeat!
@jhsoontobe3 fingers crossed for you that baby knew just where to hide out. Regardless, until you find out, you are in my thoughts. Definitely a stressful time so try to take it easy and keep your mind busy. *hugs*

*TW* Impatiently waiting for my blood hcg results to confirm but looking like I’m about to say goodbye 👋🏻 They couldn’t see anything via ultrasound except that my IUD was positioned exactly as it should have been. I had it removed regardless since I will never again be able to trust it. Increased bleeding but still no pain. Essentially we’re just waiting for my repeat blood hcg levels to confirm miscarriage.
