2 wks late pos test but no sac on sono

Lmp was 12/16 ovulated late 1/7- on 1/13 and 1/16 negative tests then 1/21 positive. Went to ob thinking I was around 6 weeks when they did the sonogram all it shows was a thickened endometrium which she said looks like early stage  of  pregnancy. I’ve had a chemical pregnancy in the past so I worry this is happening again. Going for bw tom to see what my levels are . Anyone else experience this?

If you ovulated 1/7, you’re 5 weeks today, and it is not uncommon to not see anything at this point in time.

If you didn't ovulate until 1/7, then you're probably not 6 weeks yet and it may be too early to see a gestational sac. My LMP was 12/15 and I ovulated 12/29 so my EDD is around 9/22. I'm only just at the 6 weeks mark.
