Hey, can someone explain to me the whole “jumped ship” thing? I am still trying to figure out the site and had joined a due date board. I didn’t get on and post regularly enough and the same thing happened in my board. I ended up delivering my twins in December and would still really, really like to connect with those who had babies when I did. Thanks

It’s common for message board regulars to change platforms close to the due month so we can talk more openly (and disclose personal details away from a public forum like this).

We (December 2018) moved to Facebook, and only the regular users were invited to a secret group. The group is private and was invite only to preserve our privacy. We’re not taking in new members because we used The Bump to get to know users, and since we’ve left TB we are now a closed group - I suspect same conditions with your original BMB. Meaning that your inactivity resulted in no invite - it’s not personal - it’s just a reflection of trust. 

If I were you I would seek local mom groups for other December graduates, or twin-specific groups online. Congratulations!
