Ok, so we want to be fit & healthy during pregnancy. We want to be held accountable & allowed to celebrate. Yet, we don’t want the board to get too cluttered.

How many times a week do we want health & fitness check-ins? Feel free to vote & comment.

    And I'm sorry that I realized too late that there should have been a choice of
    "I'm too sick/tired to think about exercise right now."
    "One weekly fitness thread is enough."
    I don't see a way to edit polls once they're posted.🤔.

    I'd personally vote 1 workout post a week along with the meal plan/eating thread.
