Dialated renal pelvis

Has anyone been told they would like to do a follow up ultrasound because the renal pelvis measured "high normal"? The doctor wants to ensure that it is not dilating more in 4 weeks. She told me not to worry, but doctor google says it can be a soft marker for Downs syndrome?
