  • Let's just say I'm glad this year is over and I can't wait to see how 2019 unfolds. The beginning of year started off fine. The summer was fun. The fall it was all down hill financially for us. This little puffin has made me realize that instead of going into the new year depressed we have plans in placed.ย
  • @bartonolivia I'm so glad you had an amazing year!
@literatureandink I'm sorry about your professional life. Hopefully all of that gets worked out for you. Congrats on the engagement!ย
  • 2018 was good. Not life changing, but good overall. I finished my PhD and am in a great place professionally. We moved at the end of 2017 into a home we love and spent the year making it a little more โ€œours.โ€ ย Iโ€™m excited to see what 2019 brings.ย
  • 2018 feels like a blur right now- got into great shape and was married in Kauai in April, did a ton of camping this summer, work in summer/fall kicked my ass but I got a raise out of it, H has been doing well at work, DD keeps getting easier (which makes me worry weโ€™re crazy to be starting over with another), we did spend most of the year in the to make a baby or not debate, and this fall has felt defined by exhaustion and losing all my body image progress from 2017:first part of 2018.ย
    Iโ€™m stoked to see how 2019 unfolds!ย
  • My 2018 was good! Ups and downs of course. First full year back to work after having my son in Sept 2016 and it was challenging at times to be ready on time/commute/daycare drop off/have dinner ready etc. We got into a routine though, just in time to mix it up with another baby!
  • 2017 was a really hard year for us, so Iโ€™m excited that 2018 was better!ย

Our youngest turned 1! He will be 2 on January 5th! I loved seeing my boys grow closer together as brothers and actually play together.ย

We had a few great vacations. There were ups and downs of course, but overall it was a good year!ย

Cant wait to see what 2019 holds, excited to add the last member of the family this summer, and get to know all of your ladies!ย

  • 2018 has been crazy! I finished my masterโ€™s degree, I started a new job, my sis graduated from med school, my sis moved 2 hours away, my dad got a new job also 2 hours away and my mom and dad are moving (they currently live like ~20 hours away, and have since I was 18), hubby quit his full-time teaching job to pursue our family business, we had two big weddings for close friends, and now weโ€™re expecting our first child (and grandchild for our parents).ย
