Ugh, nothing. I was running a couple miles a few times a week until I got the plague, followed by the stomach flu, followed by another plague. I can't seem to shake this illness, but once I do, I'm looking forward to moving again!
I have worked out every day except for one so far this week, but at only about 1/3 of the intensity I was working out before I got pregnant because it has me feeling completely winded and exhausted.
I’m wearing workout clothes today - does that count??
although to be fair, I fell and totally shattered my ankle back in September. I’m talking multiple fractures, surgery, and many plates and screws to put it back together so at this point I consider myself just lucky to be up and walking on it. It’s still pretty stiff so my mobility and flexibility is limited which just prevents me from doing much more than that right now. I’m in PT for it and am really trying to make a push to get back to 100% as obviously I’m going to be running around like a crazy woman in about 7 months!
I did 30 min on the elliptical at the gym on Weds & Thurs. I've been adding in stretches as well. Once I get back into a decent routine I'll add some light strength training in, too.
I was going to go to the gym again today, but I dry heaved so hard I gave myself a stomachache so I decided to sit today out.

Usually I try to do at least a little cardio on the elliptical every day but this week I've missed a few days due to just being so exhausted. I used to do yoga all the time and haven't in awhile so I might start a little light yoga again. Trying to do what I can now before I start feeling really bad.
@olivemomma your gif pretty much sums up my activity lately 🤣. It was everything I could do last night to wrap presents and online shop. I work all day, and I’m just so exhausted when I get home. I feel bad for DD because I’ve just been wanting to laze around, I have to find some energy soon!!

@lauriebream I think the key is to listen to your body. It's hard at work right now and needs lots of rest. Don't push too hard!
I'm so paranoid about pushing myself too hard that I don't plan on doing more than yoga and walking until week 14. Does anyone have any favorite prenatal yoga YouTube videos/channels?
Nothing, until the spotting passes. Once it has been gone consistently for a while, or I get an all clear at my OB appt, I am planning to walk 3-4 times per week & do prenatal yoga 2-4 times a week as nausea allows!
we live in a city with great transit and so we have no vehicle. So between chasing my toddler and pushing him around in the stroller, loading it up with groceries (and we live on the top of a big hill).....that's my exercise. lol. I don't go out of my way to get more

Not too much. Visiting some family this weekend for an early Christmas so more eating than anything! Although I did run around (aka chase) with DD at my alma mater this morning.

Team Green!
I have gone to the gym and walked on the treadmill every day for a mile or so. Will probably just do hand weights at home after work. Drinking a ton of water, too!
Just joined, hi all! Only a day in, but I had been working out 3 days a week before testing positive. I’m still carrying 20 pounds from DD (can I still blame her when it’s been 4 years? 😂) so I want to really be mindful of what I eat. I was doing indoor rowing as my exercise, which I am a little nervous to continue.

I'm just going to walk as much as possible for as long as possible but already struggling to keep my heart under control while coming off my heart medication. Im hoping once im stable off meds i can do more. We will see how long I'll be allowed to workout at all.
This week I was able to go on my usual hikes all 5 weekdays. I have one 2-mile one that is steep uphill for the first half, and one 5-mile one that is gentler and flatter. I shortened the long one and also have been walking them instead of interval running. It’s not like I think I’m going to dislodge the embryo but... I totally think I’m going to dislodge the embryo
I’ve been fighting sinuses this week but so a boot camp class two mornings a week and run after work. Trying to stay active when I don’t feel like death!
@mkrel I'm in northern California, in the hills of the East San Francisco Bay Area! Whenever I think about moving away because of exorbitant cost, etc., I'm like "but then I wouldn't be able to literally run out the door into a hiking trail how would I live"
@cato99 So jealous! We moved from San Diego to Texas 3.5 years ago and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss it. I know there are pros and cons to living everywhere, but when you are used to a climate and scenery that make being outdoors every day easy, it's a tough change!
