Any appointments/Questions?: Nothing til glucose on the 28th
Rants/Raves?: Rave: Excited to have family come to town this weekend to surprise my grandmother for her 80th bday. And loving all the little movements from this little girl lately. Rant: Dealing with pushy church group leader that is causing us to quit. Too much un-needed drama for this preggo.
How are you feeling?: Feeling good overall.
GTKY: What’s your favorite holiday movie? Lately, anything the Hallmark channel has on. Last Saturday I found myself balling before even getting out of bed lol

Any appointments/Questions?: next appt on Monday, a late 24 week appt (will be nearly 26 weeks then)!
Rants/Raves?: currently getting my hair done, under the dryer with feet up and a goblet of water. Feeling so fancy! Also, so glad DH got the nursery painted! Rant: Concerned about the glucose test, though. I know I’ll get the drink at the next appt and it looks like I’ll have to do it between Christmas and New Years. It should be illegal to do that test just before or after the holidays! Now I just want to get it done and hopefully not worry about it.
How are you feeling?: Good, but tired. Had a killer headache this morning.
GTKY: What’s your favorite holiday movie? Toss up between Christmas vacation and Christmas story.
@kristimh80 - I love hallmark Christmas! It’s on daily at our house. I swear I tear up at some point in nearly every movie.
Any appointments/Questions?: next one is GD test on 1/4 - can't believe we're almost to the new year!
Rants/Raves?: Rant: I feel so far behind for Christmas and it's only the 11th! Gah.
How are you feeling?: Overall good. Sleeping is a little more uncomfortable (I broke out the snoogle) and I have to pee every time I stand up...haha.
GTKY: What’s your favorite holiday movie? I've always LOVED The Santa Clause with Tim Allen - it's not Christmas if I haven't watched it at least twice
@catlady2015 I'm with you girl! My Glucose test is on the 28th...all I could think was "oh isn't that lovely"?! Only positive side, it's made me start making myself eat a little better and up my protein which has helped a lot with any extra bloating.
@HoneyBear40 I feel behind with Christmas as well! Even though I'd made a good dent on gifts, I still feel my list isn't complete plus I gave MH certain guys but have a feeling it'll land on me too lol

@kristimh80 The only person we can say is completely crossed off is DD. Oh! And my grandparents because we got them a Cracker Barrel gift card so they can have dinner on us when they leave for Florida. Ugh. I know I need to buckle down and think of stuff but besides some hats and boot cuffs I'm making for friends and their kiddos I just don't know what to get anyone.
@HoneyBear40 I get it! I started a list of people and by their names things they may like. I also asked my mom and grandmother ideas for them and others. It made it a lot easier. Still clueless on boy gifts though. MH is always like "get them a polo or grilling stuff" but I'm aways over thinking wanting to get things they'd actually like.

Any appointments/Questions?: next appointment is on Thursday! I’m planning to go early to get the glucose screening done that same day. Should be tons of fun!
Rants/Raves?: @purpleteacher82 I’m going to second your rant/rave. Break is so close yet so far!
How are you feeling?: I have my first pregnancy cold...not fun. I stayed home from work today and I’m trying to find things that help me feel better. Usually I’ll just take tons of pills and continue with my day. It’s hard to stay home, especially knowing I need to save my sick days to get paid when I’m on leave. On top of that I’ve been feeling the random pains and extra pregnancy weight the past couple weeks.
GTKY: What’s your favorite holiday movie? Elf! And all time favorites are Rudolph and Frosty.
@jesiannv Hope you get to0 feeling better! And good luck on your glucose screening!

Was there not a new thread this week? I wanted to touch base with everyone.
Due date: March 29
Any appointments/Questions?: doing my glucose test next week
How are you feeling?: So lots of updates here. Way back at 12 weeks I had a hemorrhage and was found to have a large subchorrionic hematoma. At 20 weeks I was still bleeding (like a period), and the bleed shrunk, but not by a lot. The MFM was convinced that I needed to have a plan for when (not if) things go south. At 21 weeks the bleeding got really heavy again, a couple days later I lost blood clots totalling about the size of a dinner plate. The following 3 days I had contractions and we all prepared for me to have a miscarriage. However things eventually stopped, and now at 26 weeks the bleeding has finally stopped and everything seems, for the first time in 14 weeks, normal. It’s been hard for me to be active on these boards because we really were ready and accepting that the pregnancy wouldn’t continue. So I’m cautiously going to stick my toe in again. I’m still planning a home birth, as it’s the pregnancy that’s complicated, not the birth. If I make it to the end, everything should proceed normally. My midwife is a lot more positive than I am, which is helpful. The MFM is a jerk, but thankfully I don’t have to see him again until 32 weeks. Since I didn’t think I would make it to Thanksgiving, I’m kind of in shock that tomorrow is Christmas. It feels like the shortest month ever. I’m still scared that things are going to fall apart. My short term goal is 30 weeks. I think I might be able to breathe easier after then.
@peacebubblebaby Wow. You have had a lot going on. I'm so sorry you had a hemmorage too ( mine was at 15 weeks). Those are always scary. Glad the bleeding has cleared up. Have you had it measured since then? Sorry MFM was so horrible. At least you can still try for a home birth. Keep us updated. I'll be keeping you and your lo in my thoughts.
I don't see a recent weekly post so I'll just update here.
This check-in is for the ladies due 3/24-3/31
Due date: 3/25/19
Any appointments/Questions?: Next appointment is January 2nd
Rants/Raves?: I'm SO glad I went to triage the other night for fluids. My body couldn't handle it and after I was re-hydrated I've felt so much better. I'm able to eat and drink again. My husband has turned into a complete ass hole, a person I've never met or experienced this side of him ever.
How are you feeling?: Pregnancy wise...okay. I've been getting swelling but trying to stay hydrated and keeping my feet up as much as possible while at work. I've been having SO much trouble sleeping, last night I was up 7 times. Christmas morning I woke up with my tonsils so swollen I was wheezing. I think I'll be visiting urgent care tonight to make sure I don't have strep or an ear infection. Emotionally...I'm a mess. The last few days with Christmas events have been incredibly hard.
GTKY: What’s your favorite holiday movie? Disney's I'll Be Home For Christmas and Home Alone. Probably not the typical because they aren't really classics.
