Laparoscopic procedure

Had a laparoscopic procedure done a few years ago to remove scar tissue, clog tube and endometriosis. A few months later I conceived! We are trying for baby number two now and it’s been several months with no luck. I am curious if it’s possible for my tube to clog back up and scar tissue to return. Has anyone had the same or similar situation? I’m looking for some guidance
