Shoulder/chest pain after embryo transfer?

I am 35. After three failed IUI cycles I moved onto IVF. I had nine eggs retrieved, 6 fertilized by donor sperm. Today was my day 5 transfer and they put in two embryos (one looking good for day 5 and the other a morula that looked okay, but not great). After taking a nap this afternoon I woke up with pain in my left shoulder. It has now progressed to my neck and top half of my arm. It’s excruciating. Tried a heating pad but it was no help. Caved and took Tylenol but so far no relief. Any ideas on what this could be or how to make it subside? Thanks!
