4MO Won’t keep soother in!

hi everyone. My lovely son absolutely loves to suck. He needs to suck in order to fall asleep, but he still can’t keep a soother in on his own. I have tried every brand you can buy but he just pushes them out and cries because he wants it. Any tips on how to teach him how to keep it in?
