Hey, so these types of posts typically don't go over super well on here. We have a specific thread for ultrasounds because everyone posting their own thread for theirs would results in hundreds of posts cluttering the board.
I'm team green as well, and I don't understand this post at all. We didn't even look at the screen when the tech was looking at the genitals and bladder, and we specifically haven't looked at the disc with all of that on it either. I don't understand how you can be team green and yet willingly get and look at a crotch shot and ask people what they think you're having. You either want to know or you don't.
Finally, I'm not an ultrasound tech, and I'm pretty sure none of the people on here are either. I have no idea what you're having. All I can see is two legs and what looks like a very large butt hole.
This is my 20 week ultrasound and im team green but im interested what people think im having

I thought the whole point of being team green is to enjoy finding out the sex at their actual birth. Doesn't guessing before hand take some of that away? If you're having second thoughts about being team green, you probably ought to talk to your partner, make a decision and then ask your doctor for an actual medical opinion. Also, we have no real emotional connection with the outcome of this baby's genitals. If this is meant to be "just for fun" you're better off asking your friends and family who will have more of an investment.
Otherwise, we're a great community here that might not like looking at baby genitals we can't interpret, but we're fun in other ways. I recommend you introduce yourself by not posting a picture of genitals, read the guidelines for our board and join in our other conversations.

This, especially the bolded. One of the ways that tends to be somewhat reliable outside of blood work or ultrasound, I'm told, is by heart rate. Boys' tend to slow slightly in late pregnancy and be a little slower in general. We don't want to know. I get told the heart rate at every appointment, and I specifically don't write it down, don't try to remember it, and don't look it up on my online charts. Now, other ways besides that (how you're carrying, etc.), I'm all about because those are crap, and I enjoy getting conflicting guesses!
