We are cooking a goose instead of a turkey this year, but I like the tidiness of breast meat and the taste/juiciness of dark meat Stuffing AND dressing Homemade cranberry sauce No green beans, esp not green bean casserole

Mashed potatoes & gravy! Pumpkin pie (although we chose apple crumble this year)
Since we're small, I'm cheating this year with white turkey meat wrapped in stuffing and puff pastry from TJoes.
Homemade cranberry chutney (simmering right now!) Roasted green beans Roasted potatoes all the way - I can't stand mashed We have raspberry pie in the oven as its our favorite, but my mom's butternut squash bars are pretty good.
Neither canned or homemade cranberry sauce (both are gross) Dressing I don't know, I don't like turkey. Green Bean Casserole Pumpkin Pie
Although I forgot to put out the cranberry sauce for my husband (second year in a row -- he likes canned). I tried white meat this year figuring it would be less dry and stringy. It was marginally so. I also didn't make green bean casserole because I'm working tonight and I didn't feel like slaving over a stove all day. The grocery store was out of pumpkin pie, so hubby ate the apple pie I bought (I detest fruit pies). Oh, and we ate in front of the TV watching Monsters Inc because our 2 year old was literally inconsolable. She was having a bad day for some reason.
All the turkey meat. Where I'm from it's called "filling" and it looks like dressing. Def hard no to stuffing actually in the turkey (raw meat drippings no thanks) No cranberry sauce Green beans doused in butter (but we had other veggies this year) Mashed potatoes All the desserts.
White meat, ALL of the mashed potatoes! Stuffing, I prefer roasted green beans, but we always do a casserole. Have to add in corn casserole, and pecan pie and I’m set!!
@foodislove I don’t think I’ve ever had corn pudding. I make my casserole with frozen corn, cream of corn, cream cheese and Swiss cheese. Mix all together and bake!
