  • 1. How many weeks are you? 25 today

    2. How are you feeling? Physically? Mentally?
I feel tired and really full. I haven't been able to eat dinner in awhile because I get so full from breakfast and lunch.

    3. Any appointment updates?
Nope - next appointment is on Dec 4.

    4. Rants/raves/questions?
Rave: I am off work and getting a glorious amount of sleep.

    5. GTKY- Which holiday food are you most looking forward to? Is there anything your family always makes that you hate?
Definitely stuffing and cheesy potatoes!  Nothing that I can think of that my mom makes that I hate, but back when we used to go to my Nana's house...green bean casserole. Yuuuucccckkkkk.

  • 1. 23 weeks 1 day
    2. Mentally I’m doing good. Which is surprising me a little as I usually get anxious before my US and we meet the MFM/do our fetal echo next week. Physically I am gettin miserable. My heartburn is so bad and last night I had an asthma attack... I am ready to be off work and just rest until they get here!!
    3. Appointments with both my OB and the MFM next week, and our birthing class generated a list of questions. After these appointments I move to a more frequent visit schedule and I am anxious to learn what that will be.
    4. Rave- I had a blast at Thanksgiving. I enjoyed all the attention and my little cousin (6) sat next to me all night trying to feel the babies. It’s wonderful how excited everyone is for us.
    5. All of it is probably my favorite!! But I’m generally not a fan of stuffing of any sort, gives me extra rolls instead!!

  • @BuckeyeNut05 yay for time off and extra sleep!

@3rdtime_charmed sorry to hear that heartburn is getting that bad. But glad you had a good Thanksgiving!

    1. How many weeks are you? 24 weeks

    2. How are you feeling? Physically? Mentally? Starting to feel big, some pelvic pain and RLP. Over ate twice this week and that over full feeling lasted way longer than normal and resulted in some heart burn /indigestion. Mentally doing pretty well. Anterior placenta means I’m not feeling movement all the time, but at least a few times a day, which helps so much.

    3. Any appt updates? Had one Tuesday, next one is in mid December and will be the glucose test (which I barely failed with DS - was so annoying to have to go in for the 3 hour).

    4. Rants/raves/questions? Had a great Thanksgiving with my side of the family. Sadly my dad had to miss it because he has the flu. He and his wife were seriously debating with my sister- who hosts- if it would be possible for him to come if he was feeling better... He was running a 101.5 degree fever Wednesday and was on tamaflu and there are 5 young kids, a prego and my sister has spaced and failed to get her flu shot this year. Obviously she allowed as how she felt it was a bad idea for him to come.

    5. GTKY- Which holiday food are you most looking forward too? Is there anything your family always makes that you hate? I love most holiday food! Least favorite would cornbread dressing.

  • 1. 24 weeks today!

    2. Mentally: good. I can feel lo move everyday, but sometimes I can't help but feel like eventhough I've gotten this far, still so much can go wrong. Physically: still nauseous almost everyday. Threw up three days ago, but on an occasional day I feel just fine.

    3. Next appt is on Friday. I then will be scheduling the glucose test for the end of Dec. On the 6th I have a growth scan.

    4. DW was sick Tuesday and Wednesday, but at least she felt better to see family for thanksgiving. We got to spend extra time with my mom, which I really enjoyed.

    5. GTKY: mashed potatoes. They were delicious. Least favorite is pie, so I had frozen fruit with whip cream on it for dessert.

    1. How many weeks are you? 22 weeks

    2. How are you feeling? Physically? Mentally? Feeling good overall. Have issues with my heels hurting a lot more lately. Mentally: Sad for a gf. We did IVF together, her 1st transfer took and was due 12/12. Long story short, she lost her baby at 36 weeks, the umbilical cord wrapped around too many times. We have the baby's funeral today, it's so unfair and so incredibly sad. I know it was a freak accident, but makes me worry a little more these days.

    3. Any appointment updates? Met with the MFM on Monday, 2nd AS went really well. See my OB this coming Friday.

    4. Rants/raves/questions? Also loving the extra sleep! My mom is moving into her new house here on Monday. Super excited to have her so close!

    5. GTKY- Which holiday food are you most looking forward too? Is there anything your family always makes that you hate? Also love green bean casserole. I wish we had brought extras home!

    2. How are you feeling? Physically? Mentally? Pretty good both mentally and physically. There's a lot of small things I could complain about physically but honestly I feel good most of the time. Mentally I'm starting to freak out slightly over how much I need to do/buy/figure out before this baby shows up!

    3. Any appointment updates? No appts til 12/11 which is when I'll do my glucose test. Little nervous because I know I'm at higher risk of gestational diabetes cause of PCOS.

    4. Rants/raves/questions? Rave: had a great holiday and having 4 days off from work has been magical! I'm resting up today after 3 very hectic days traveling and seeing family. Rant: I'm pretty obviously visibly pregnant now and the belly touching annoys me so much more than I thought it would, even from family members!

    5. GTKY- Which holiday food are you most looking forward too? Is there anything your family always makes that you hate? Our turkey and dressing this year were great, and my great uncle made one of the best pecan pies I've had. I can't stand green bean casserole or sweet potato casserole with the marshmallows on top! Luckily no one made those this year.

@kristimh80 I'm so sorry for your friend. I can't even imagine.

@Kenneylynn3 I hate that you're still feeling so sick, but I hope you're able to enjoy the days you do feel better!

@lelkcot I could have written exactly what you did about RLP, pelvic pain, and overeating/heartburn. Blah!

@3rdtime_charmed Glad you were feeling the love from your family on Thanksgiving!

@BuckeyeNut05 Yay for extra sleep!! I got some today too and it felt great!
  • @diaphena I'm the same...we ended up finally buying more stuff during black Friday sales. I'm also dreading the glucose test. Also have PCO ovaries and being a vegetarian I feel like all I eat is carbs! lol

  • @diaphena I am the exact opposite. I thought the belly touching would bother me more than it does. What does bother me is to DW family, the always talk to/rub the belly first before even saying hi to me if they say anything at all...almost like I don't exist. Just my pregnant belly. Both mil and sil do this.

  • @kristimh80 I'm not a vegetarian but have also been eating a lot of carbs... That's pretty much my one craving! FX for us we'll be fine at our tests anyway haha.

@Kenneylynn3 I think it got to me cause no one asked permission before touching me. If they had asked I probably wouldn't have cared. I had one person who greeted my belly before me, and that really bothered me too!
